★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito caro. Você vai em lojas de cosméticos ao lado tipo a Soneca e paga o mesmo produto por 5/6 reais menos. Exemplo comprei uma máscara de cabelo paguei 50,50 e a mesma marca/máscara na loja ao lado estava 44 reais. O shampoo também foi 39,90 e ao lado estava 35 reais.
Very expensive. You go to nearby cosmetic stores like Soneca and pay the same product for 5/6 reais less. Example I bought a hair mask I paid 50.50 and the same brand/mask in the store next door was 44 reais. The shampoo was also 39.90 and next to it was 35 reais.

Great location, despite not being knowledgeable about this industry, the prices seem to be attractive. The store offers several organic / natural products. The service is not bad, but it could be better, the salespeople talk to each other a lot.

Cashier service is always terrible! When we pay with cash, there is never change. Now if 1 cent is missing they don't sell the product. But when it's the other way around...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to see the variety of products they have and also get some on point professional recommendations on what would be great products to take better care of my hair, unfortunately I didn't get such recommendations in fact I was sold a product I didn't ask for and had to go return it the next day. Maybe the staff isn't much into helping and selling people what they actually may need, didn't feel in a place I could question and get useful answers. It's a pity cuz they seem to have great products.
