Péssimo, retorno só no dia que marcado, passar o dia não terá direito a outra data de retorno! Não recomendo , para mim não foi bom, decepcionado.

Pessoalmente estou muito decepcionada com a falta de profissionalismo do profissional que me atendeu, pois no ato da consulta falou uma coisa e quando entrei em contato pra repassar as informações que me solicitou disse que nao respondia nada pela mídia que entrei em contato. Muito triste ??. Nao recomendo

Gastro e enfermeira muito competentes, porém o atendimento ao chegar ao local deixa a desejar, a pessoa que recebe os pacientes não é capacitada, não sabe se expressar corretamente e não tem cordialidade, os recepcionistas apesar de eficientes, não oferecem a atenção adequada ao paciente, em comparação a outros locais, o IFS deixa a desejar.

Hoje, 07/11/2019, sai do trabalho durante o expediente (já que consulta é só a tarde) e fui pra um retorno mostrar exames, recebi a ficha 25, aguardei e fui chamado pro balcão, lembrei que havia esquecido um exame, perguntei se poderia ir buscar, não ia demorar pq moro no Centro, ela anotou meu nome na agenda e disse que eu poderia ir e que quando chegasse, fosse direto no balcão. Fui em casa pegar, quando retornei entreguei o exame e fiquei esperando, quando a moça que estava na minha frente terminou de ser atendida, não fui chamado, questionei, e a atendente me informou que colocou meus exames na ordem de quando cheguei com o exame que havia esquecido, não concordei, mas resolvi aguardar pra ver se eu seria o próximo, não fui, então achei uma falta de respeito, pois eu fui em casa pegar o exame e retornei bem antes da minha vez (de acordo com a lista da agenda), lembrei que quando cheguei, ouvi ela chamando a ficha 31, a minha era a 25, ou seja ela tinha colocado 5 pessoas na minha frente, então pedi que fosse pegar meus exames pq não iria mais esperar, pois além da falta de respeito, teria que voltar pro meu trabalho, ela voltou mentindo, dizendo que eu seria o próximo, mas como era um retorno o médico não me atendeu e chamou ela pra me devolver os exames. Se ela tivesse me avisado que se eu fosse pegar o exame perderia minha vez, eu entenderia, mas não avisou, me fez de palhaço. Falta de respeito total!

If she had warned me that if I took the exam I would lose my turn, I would understand, but I did not warn, made me a clown. Lack of total respect!

Péssima! Agendei uma consulta para uma sexta e manhã (09/08). O atendente me informou que poderia chegar até as 10h da manhã. As 9h liguei para saber se ainda tinha muita gente na minha frente, pois sentia dor e não queria esperar muito. Fui informada que o médico estava de saída. Como assim? Me informaram que eu poderia chegar atá as 10h. REcusou o atendimento a uma gestante que estava marcada e iria chegar no horário previsto. Falta de ética e profissionalismo no mínimo!
Terrible! I scheduled an appointment for a Friday and morning (08/09). The attendant informed me that he could arrive by 10 am. At 9am I called to see if there were still many people in front of me, because I was in pain and did not want to wait long. I was informed that the doctor was leaving. As well? They informed me that I could arrive by 10am. Rescheduled attendance to a pregnant woman who was scheduled and would arrive on time. Lack of ethics and professionalism at the very least!

O médico Cleriston é um profissional sem empatia e muito grosso! Atendeu super mal meu cunhado e além disso passou os exames dizendo que ele não tinha problemas no fígado. Para piorar, após o resultados dos exames saírem, liguei para marcar o retorno e a atendente falou que só teria vaga depois de um mês. Isso é um absurdo! Merece uma denúncia ao Conselho Regional de Medicina. O paciente sofrendo com problemas, pagando uma consulta e ainda por cima tendo que passar por uma situação dessas... lamentável mesmo. Eu NÃO RECOMENDO a ninguém!!! Não tivemos uma experiência boa, falo isso da recepção ao atendimento médico. Procurem melhorar o serviço de vocês, pois sendo bem sincera, está muito pior que o SUS!
The doctor Cleriston is a professional without empathy and very thick! My brother-in-law was treated very badly and he also passed the exams saying he had no liver problems. To make matters worse, after the exam results came out, I called to make an appointment and the attendant said she would only have a place after a month. This is absurd! It deserves a complaint to the Regional Council of Medicine. The patient suffering with problems, paying for an appointment and on top of that having to go through a situation like that ... unfortunate indeed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!! We didn't have a good experience, I say that from reception to medical care. Try to improve your service, because being very sincere, it is much worse than SUS!

O atendimento na recepção deixou bem a desejar. Cheguei na recepção pra pedir informações, e os dois atendentes ficaram de cabeça baixa fingindo que não tinha ninguém ali, um olhando pro computador, outro no whatsapp. Achei péssimo!

Péssima não recomendo jamais a ninguém e perdido manda mensagem para o médico cleriston ele nunca visualizar os atendente não consegui resolve nada agente manda mensagem para o médico ele não responde as consulta não da tempo nem fala eu não recomendo
