Técnico não sabia (?) como abrir o celular e causou dano na tampa traseira do aparelho, sendo que seus componentes são acessados pela remoção da tela frontal. Houve também cobrança abusiva por componentes, com o técnico afirmando que a troca de um vidro frontal era o mesmo do display inteiro. Após visita em outra loja o problema foi resolvido por menos da metade do orçamento e em menos de duas horas.
Cell phone had a defect in the battery. Technician did not know (?) How to open the phone and caused damage to the back cover of the device, and its components are accessed by removing the front screen. There was also an abusive charge for components, with the technician stating that the replacement of a front glass was the same as the entire display. After visiting another store the problem was solved for less than half the budget and in less than two hours.

Celular tá bonitão agora, melhor do que antes do incidente.
Além disso limpou o celular todo, câmera tá melhor que de fábrica haha.
