★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu Macbook para avaliação pois de uma hora para outra ele não ligava mais. Depois de 1 semana entrei em contato e nem se quer ainda tinham pego no computador. Só pegaram na hora que mandei a mensagem perguntando e me disseram que ele não tinha nada e que estava funcionando normalmente. Realmente, cheguei em casa, liguei, usei e ele estava funcionando, porém novamente desliguei e ele já não ligou mais depois de alguns dias. Levei o computador até uma outra empresa especializada em Apple e lá descobriram no mesmo dia que ele tinha um problema na placa mãe, a qual autorizei reparo.
Não tinha exposto minha experiência porque levei o Mac faltando pouco tempo para as festas de final de ano e realmente o computador não apresentou problemas depois que voltou, mas ao meu ver não tiveram interesse em descobrir o real motivo do problema do computador e fizeram pouco caso.Há, no dia em que fui buscar não sabiam onde estava meu computador e ficaram feito loucos procurando (vi pela TV enorme que tem na recepção)... enfim, só depois de levar em outro local comparei e vi que não dava pra deixar em branco esse atendimento ruim sem solução. Fui devido a muitos comentários positivos aqui do Google mas vejo que o atendimento não é igual para todos. Eu não levo nenhum dos meus produtos Apple pra reparo nesse local. Se eu precisar prefiro levá-los em outro estabelecimento.
 I took my Macbook for evaluation because all of a sudden it wouldn't turn on anymore. After 1 week I got in touch and they didn't even have it on the computer. They only took it when I sent the message asking and they told me that it had nothing and that it was working normally. Really, I got home, turned it on, used it and it was working, but again I turned it off and it didn't turn on after a few days. I took the computer to another company specializing in Apple and there they found out on the same day that it had a problem with the motherboard, which I authorized repair.
I hadn't exposed my experience because I took the Mac a short time away for the holidays and the computer really didn't have any problems after it came back, but in my view they had no interest in finding out the real reason for the computer problem and they didn't pay attention .Yes, the day I went to pick it up, they didn't know where my computer was and went like crazy looking for it (I saw it on the huge TV at the reception)... anyway, only after taking it to another place I compared it and saw that I couldn't leave it. blank this bad service with no solution. I went due to many positive comments here from Google but I see that the service is not the same for everyone. I don't take any of my Apple products to this location for repair. If I need to, I prefer to take them to another establishment.
