Imobiliária que flagrantemente descumpre as normas legais no que tange à devolução do depósito caução! Quando instados a devolver a caução quando do término da locação eles me bloquearam no whatsapp e simplesmente pararam de responder. Caso de acionar o Judiciário, pois a ilegalidade é intrínseca ao "procedimento interno" deles. Amadorismo e descompromisso para uma imobiliária que quer passar a imagem de séria. O nome é em inglês mas o jeitinho é brasileiro.
Edit com a resposta ao comentário inverídico: A imobiliária mais uma vez mostra seu descompromisso com a qualidade do serviço, além de falta de conhecimento básico quanto a aspectos jurídicos simples de um contrato de locação. A data do distrato é controlada pela imobiliária, que reteve o distrato e só o assinou quando transferiu a importância, diga-se de passagem, sem a devida multa pelo atraso. A desocupação foi noticiada 30 dias antes, como manda a lei, sendo que durante todo esse período a imobiliária não moveu um músculo no sentido de verificar se as contas tinham sido pagas. No mais, a própria imobiliária não deixou que eu cancelasse a luz até a data da vistoria, o que por óbvio fez com que eu só pudesse mandar o comprovante da última conta após a vistoria. Enfim, na minha opinião, trabalho de amadores pra quem se diz profissional, seja na área comercial, seja na área jurídica. Não faço mais negócios com eles e muito menos recomendo.
Caution: Improper withholding of security deposit

When asked to return the deposit when the lease ended they blocked me on whatsapp and simply stopped responding. Case of suing the Judiciary, as the illegality is intrinsic to their "internal procedure". Amateurism and non-commitment for a real estate company that wants to convey the image of seriousness. The name is in English but the way is Brazilian.
Edit with response to untrue comment: The real estate once again shows its lack of commitment to the quality of service, in addition to lack of basic knowledge regarding the simple legal aspects of a lease agreement. The cancellation date is controlled by the real estate agency, which retained the cancellation and only signed it when it transferred the amount, by the way, without the due fine for the delay. The eviction was announced 30 days before, as required by law, and during this entire period the real estate company did not move a muscle to verify that the bills had been paid. In addition, the real estate company did not let me cancel the electricity until the inspection date, which obviously meant that I could only send the proof of the last account after the inspection. Anyway, in my opinion, work from amateurs to those who claim to be professional, whether in the commercial area or in the legal area. I don't do business with them anymore, let alone recommend them.
