e duração do reparo (captura de tela anexada). no dia seguinte escrevi 'estou chegando hoje' e perguntei se eles têm a bateria, eles disseram que sim.
Saí do trabalho, paguei um uber, fiquei no trânsito, procurei por todo o shopping e encontrei a loja e não tem bateria.
me falaram que me ligariam quando tiverem a bateria, não ligaram.

I wanted to change the battery of my galaxy s9+. I wrote a message and asked for the price
and repair duration (screenshot attached). the next day I wrote 'I'm arriving today' and asked if they have the drums, they said yes.
I left work, paid for an uber, stayed in traffic, looked all over the mall and found the store and it has no battery.
They told me they would call me when they have the battery, they didn't.
1 star experience.
