★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had such terrible service in an Apple Store before! Still trying understand how Apple can handle these people in Rio working for it.
Even with an AppleCare they didn't help me with my iPad because they don't keep Stock of some products! Ridiculous!!
My options would be in Rio for 8 days until receive another iPad, but I live in another city.
RIDICULOUS!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER answer their phone, arrived at the store couldn't set up a genius bar appointment, have to do it on the Apple support app. Funny thing is, there is no appointments available, I tried it before. Their calendar is just blank. I asked when they would have new appointments they told me to look at random multiple times a day. The nerve... Yeah, I'll just stay my whole day logging in, selecting my hardware, writing a report, just to look at the apple support calendar in the hopes that they will have an appointment available –unlike the other one hundred times I looked! This is so insulting! I DON'T HAVE TO STAY ALL DAY IN SERVICE FOR APPLE, FOR A SERVICE YOU DON'T PROVIDE, APPLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb experience at Apple Village Mall: all employees try and go above and beyond their duties in the attempt to please and surprise us customers. They’re extremely knowledgeable, patient, sympathetic to our demands and fears and on top of it all they are expedite. Extended congratulations to the Service Team that remains inside the lab and despite being overwhelmed in work they accomplish the hard task of meeting the established deadline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed review. Employees somewhat knowledgeable. Basically just put me, as an English speaker, on the chat line on a computer to trouble shoot my stolen iphone situation. That was ok. The thing that really bothered me was that they said all their phones are capable of being on any US carrier network. Not the case! Mine had an IMEI number that would not work with Verizon. Such a pain to change carriers while outside the country. I strongly recommend you have your IMEI website checker out before making a purchase.
