★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos negativos: som alto todo final de semana vindo dos moradores ao redor do condomínio; a vista para qualquer lado é feia; a suíte do apto de 3 quartos é minúscula; a manutenção do condomínio não funciona bem;
Pontos positivos: área de lazer.
 Negative points: loud noise every weekend coming from the residents around the condo; the view to either side is ugly; the 3 bedroom apt suite is tiny; the maintenance of the condo does not work well;
Positives: Leisure area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para nós que somos prestadores de serviço é péssimo,sob a coleta do lixo eles não avisam que tem um horário que o elevador de serviço fica ocupado com um grande carrinho de lixo e temos que usar a escada pq não pode usar o social,eles tinham que ao menos avisar tivemos que descer de escada 12 andares.
For us who are service providers, it's terrible, under garbage collection they don't tell you that there is a time when the service elevator is occupied with a big garbage cart and we have to use the stairs because you can't use the social, they had that at least let us know we had to go down stairs 12 floors.
