Carlos and Noeli help me to manage properties for a long time. Several times they have done work far beyond what is done by any real estate agent I know and have worked with before. They go way beyond "normal". They do everything with quality, caution, promptness, attention, affection and commitment, always involving the necessary parties, communicating, documenting and streamlining everything within their reach (and sometimes they helped me out and solve very complicated situations).
