Very large office in Madureira, right on top of the registry office. I solved everything with the responsible lawyer, they are good people.

Easy to get to, right on top of the 30th office. I rented an apartment with a guarantor. They were very demanding with the documentation, but everything went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência bem ruim com essa administradora, para iniciar, existe uma dificuldade grande de falar por telefone com a Imobiliária. O pessoal em sua grande maioria tem má vontade para atender, não sei se a idade dos colaboradores influencia (não deveria...). Parece uma repartição pública, tudo muito demorado, quem chega no balcão sofre. Apresentei uma documentação para aluguel comercial e pasmem, ninguém me retornou, no meio do caminho encontrei outro imóvel mais atrativo e fechei negócio. Estou deixando aqui comentários para ajudar futuros locadores e locatários, e quem sabe, os responsáveis por essa empresa. Muito ruim, não recomendo.
I had a very bad experience with this manager, for starters, there is a great difficulty talking over the phone with Real Estate. Most staff are unwilling to attend, I do not know if the age of employees influences (should not ...). It looks like a public office, all very long, who arrives at the counter suffers. I presented a documentation for commercial rent and amazement, nobody returned me, halfway found another property more attractive and closed deal. I am leaving comments here to help future landlords and renters, and who knows, those responsible for this company. Too bad, I do not recommend it.
