★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior Imobiliária do mundo.Só te atende bem quando vc vai alugar e olha lá,mesmo assim mostra o imóvel de qualquer jeito,não é nem o corretor que vai mostrar é um funcionário da empresa,se a casa tiver caindo aos pedaços vai continuar caindo,pq arrumar não arrumam só sabem enrolar,o proprietário é ignorante,quer ser melhor que todo mundo,acho que sempre esta certo,não trabalha da forma correta,ele que faz a lei dele.Essa imobiliária deveria fechar.Lixo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior coisa que fiz na minha vida,arrependida demais de ter alugado casa com essa imobiliária,não tem respeito nenhum com ser humano,acham que são os melhores em maltratar os clientes.Precisar de reparos na rua esquece não tem e ainda trabalham de forma errada,lei não existe pra eles.
NÃO ALUGUEM OU COMPREM PELO AMOR DE DEUS COM ESSA IMOBILIÁRIA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dou uma estrela pq não tem como zerar ! Pior imobiliária!!! A única atenção que você tem ali, é na hora de pagar o aluguel pq se a casa estiver precisando de reparos ou você tiver alguma dúvida, é descaso total ! O Macedo é super mal educado, estúpido, arrogante, prepotente, gosta de gritar com os clientes "achando" que assusta alguém, ainda por cima, brigamos feio várias vezes pq ele não queria pagar a nossa multa por quebra de contrato. NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM!!!!

The only attention you have there is when it comes time to pay the rent because if the house needs repairs or if you have any questions, it is total neglect! The Macedo is super rude, stupid, arrogant, arrogant, likes to shout at customers "thinking" that scares someone, moreover, we fought ugly several times because he did not want to pay our fine for breach of contract. Minh mãe mora em 1 imovel ha 5 anos, na qual o mês passado seu familiar foi morar no imóvel, desde então a mesma tem feito um vdd "paraíso " a vida de minha mãe, temos bichos, apareceu uma gata em casa, acabou dando cria e nao conseguimos doar todos, ficamos com 5 gatos. Nunca ninguem ouviu falar de maus tratos em casa para com os bichos, pois ela começou a reclamar dos animais, e quando o meu gato descia la, el jogava agua e xingava o bicho. Nao que ele entende se. Minha mae pra privar os bichos colocou ele dentro de casa. As vezes o gato escapava e ia para baixo, como sempre fez
Sem nunca incomodar ngm. Pois a dita cuja disse que o nosso gato passou sarna para o filho dela, e foi reclamar na imobiliariA, pois no final do dia meu gato apareceu morto. O rapaz da imobiliaria encontrou minha mae na rua e disse para ela ir la no outro dia. Foi minha mae e meu esposo, ele super distratou os dois, ainda disse e insinuou milhões de coisas, gritando com minha mãe sem qqr respeito para com a cliente. Minha mae sempre pagou o aluguel em dia. Esse senhor nem sequer foi ver a situação e para nao perder a pp simplesmente acabou com a raça da minha mae. Senhor sem estrutura nenhuma para lidar com cliente. Só quer saber do venha nós. Sem falar que em pleno dia 23 de dezembro a pp foi la na porta de casa pedir a casa da minha mãe. Acredito q se esta na imobiliaria , ela que deveria fazer esse papel. Desestabilizando o final do ano de minha mãe. Espero que eles aprendam que estão lidando com pessoas, e no caso da minha mãe uma senhora, que não é sozinha. Veio reclamar dos animais, falando que era um canil, a pp ja foi em casa inumeras vezes. Sempre viu os bichos , nunca falou nada. Agr de repente encomodou. Ela está no direito dela, o imóvel é dela, ela faz o que quer. E nós tbm iremos atrás dos nossos.
Lembre se bem MACEDO, quando vc tem um cliente insatisfeito com a, essa insatisfação é propagada, e pode ter certeza. Quando ouvir o nome dessa imobiliaria faço questão de expor toda essa situação. DESELEGANTE!
