★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não atendem o telefone e só consegui informações pelo Whatsapp. Tentei informações sobre cirurgia e me disseram que eu teria que pagar a consulta para saber o valor da cirurgia, sendo que estou com a solicitação e avaliação em dias só que feito em outra clínica. Liguei para outras clínicas e me disseram o valor da cirurgia, só na Oftalmodiagnose que tem esse procedimento até agora. Absurdo!
 Bad service, they don't answer the phone and I only got information through Whatsapp. I tried information about surgery and I was told that I would have to pay for the consultation to find out the cost of the surgery, and I have the request and evaluation in days but done in another clinic. I called other clinics and they told me the value of the surgery, only in Ophthalmodiagnosis that has this procedure so far. Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica passou por uma reforma recente, está muito bonita. Entretanto, a parte humana deixa muito a desejar. As técnicas/enfermeiras pingam colírio sem nem se apresentar e explicar o procedimento. A consulta estava marcada para às 15h. Às 16h não tem nem previsão de quando serei chamado.
Existe um suposto protocolo de segurança infecciosa, com medição de temperatura na entrada. Porém, há pessoas se alimentando, sem máscara, na sala de espera, próximo de vários idosos.
Não recomendaria essa clínica em nenhum caso.
Clinic has undergone a recent renovation, it is very beautiful. However, the human part leaves much to be desired. The technicians / nurses drip eye drops without even introducing themselves and explaining the procedure. The appointment was scheduled for 15h. At 4 pm there is no prediction of when I will be called.
There is a supposed infectious safety protocol, with temperature measurement at the entrance. However, there are people eating, without a mask, in the waiting room, close to several elderly people.
I would not recommend this clinic in any case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui para o atendimento sexta-feira. A médica atendeu bem. Mas fiquei decepcionada com o exame de vista. E eu preciso comprar os óculos. Ela fez o exame muito rápido. E colocou o grau até menor do que na receita do primeiro exame que eu fiz. A questão não foi somente essa. O exame foi rápido. Não me sinto segura comprar os óculos com a receita. O mais grave é que eu só posso marcar outra consulta daqui a 30 dias. Eu preciso dos óculos. Fiquei prejudicada. No que diz respeito ao exame de vista nota zero para o atendimento. Fiquei aborrecida. A médica parecia ser uma boa profissional . Vou ter que esperar 30 dias para marcar uma nova consulta em outra clinica que faça o exame cuidadosamente sem pressa e detalhado.
