â â â â â Muito bom local para se fazer exames os mĂ©dicos super educados e atenciosos demora um pouco pois sĂŁo muito detalhistas nos exames explicam passo a passo e olham tudo nos mĂnimos detalhes por isso a demora eu particularmente prefiro assim fizemos o exame com Dr AristĂłteles e sua equipe excelente.
 Very good place to have exams, super polite and attentive doctors take a little while because they are very detailed in the exams, explain step by step and look at everything in the smallest detail that's why I particularly prefer the delay so we did the exam with Dr Aristotle and his excellent team .

Liguei nesta clĂnica que de fato nĂŁo deveria nem existir , para marcar um ultrassom . Sendo assim a moça me marcou para o dia de hoje Ă s 16:40 , mandou eu ir com a bexiga cheia pois se nĂŁo fosse nĂŁo daria para fazer o exame. Comecei a tomar ĂĄgua antes de ir para o exame e levei uma garrafinha , cheguei no local as 16:30 , deu 17:30 ainda nĂŁo tinha sido atendida , cheguei na moça e falei se iria ser chamada pois minha bexiga estava jĂĄ doendo por segurar urina , ela me disse que eu iria ser chamada , deu 18:00 e nada , pedi para fazer o estorno do meu dinheiro , sai sem meu exame e ainda com a bexiga bastante dolorida , pois fui fazer esse exame justamente por causa de infecção de urina constante e dor no rim. Deixo aqui minha profunda raiva , por mim este estabelecimento devia era fechar , muita falta de empatia , nĂŁo cumprem o horĂĄrio, cliente sai super constrangido e sem obter tal resultado . SE NĂO OBEDECEM O HORĂRIO , PARA QUE MARCAM?? Falta de respeito , nĂŁo honram a profissĂŁo !!

I called this clinic, which in fact shouldn't even exist, to schedule an ultrasound. So, the girl scheduled me for today at 4:40 pm, told me to go with a full bladder because if I didn't, I wouldn't be able to do the exam. I started drinking water before going to the exam and I took a small bottle , I arrived at the place at 16:30 , it was 17:30 , I still had not been answered urine , she told me I would be called , it was 6:00 pm and nothing , I asked to refund my money , I left without my exam and still with a very painful bladder , because I went for this exam precisely because of an infection of constant urine and kidney pain. I leave here my deep anger, for me this establishment should close, a lot of lack of empathy, they don't meet the schedule, the client leaves super embarrassed and without getting such a result. IF THEY DON'T OBEY THE SCHEDULE, WHY DO YOU APPLY? Lack of respect , do not honor the profession !!

Voltei a ligar pra marcar outro US e o telefone fixo nĂŁo atende, tentei por whatsapp pĂ©ssimo atedimento! Tinha tudo pra ser bom porque lĂĄ tem mĂ©dicos excelentes mas estĂĄ deixando a desejar no atendimento

Bad experience I didn't feel confident in the exam, I didn't submit it where an apprentice who took the exam on me despite what a teacher was teaching. But it didn't help in the exam all the time I noticed that they will have doubts it left me insecure with the exam result
