Chegou uma moça depois de mim. Tínhamos nós duas para sermos atendidas. Como a moça era amiga da atendente, pois se cumprimentaram como conhecidas, ela foi atendida na minha frente , porque "tinha agendado"...(sic) ! Espero que o RX seja de qualidade....!
I called and they said that the service was by order of arrival. All good! I arrived and was waiting...
A girl arrived after me. We had both of us to be attended to. As the girl was a friend of the attendant, as they greeted each other as they knew, she was attended to in front of me, because "I had an appointment"...(sic)! I hope the RX is of quality....!

Minha mãe esta fazendo implante com o mesmo, ele prometeu que o serviço ficaria pronto em 45 dias, ja tem 1 ano e ainda não finalizou o serviço.
Péssimo.
There's a Dr Maycon to watch out. Dude pickax does not issue invoice, rolled up does not fulfill what was promised.
My mother is having an implant with the same, he promised that the service would be ready in 45 days, he is already 1 year old and he still hasn't finished the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava esperando atendimento na clínica porque foi indicação de uma amiga. Como me mudei do interior para BH, trouxe a minha pasta. Simplesmente, marquei com a dra. Liliane, por meio da sua secretária, Karine. Ocorre que no dia e hora marcada, a drª estava em um congresso e não me avisaram. Resultado: os ferrinhos do aparelho que já uso estão cortando a minha boca e eu não consegui dar continuidade ao tratamento. O atendimento da Clínica Ouro Preto é péssimo! Não indico. Só dei uma estrela porque não consegui dar nenhuma.
I was waiting for care at the clinic because it was recommended by a friend. As I moved from the countryside to BH, I brought my briefcase. I simply made an appointment with Dr. Liliane, through her secretary, Karine. It so happens that on the day and time scheduled, the Dr. was at a congress and I was not notified. Result: the irons of the device I already use are cutting my mouth and I was not able to continue the treatment. The service at Ouro Preto Clinic is terrible! I do not indicate. I only gave one star because I couldn't give any.
