★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone é péssimo. Demora a atender, quando atende os funcionários ficam conversando com outra pessoa. ISSO QUANDO ATENDE.
Porém atendimento pelos médicos são excelentes. Mais especifico André Gustavo. recomendo!! atencioso, rápido e agradável!.
Telephone service is terrible. It takes time to answer, when you answer the employees are talking to someone else. THAT WHEN YOU ANSWER.
However attendance by doctors is excellent. More specific André Gustavo. I recommend!! attentive, quick and pleasant !.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos bons, em especial o dr Leodegario ( ele atende com bastante humanidade). Dr Isnard é bom profissional..As atendentes sao mal-humoradas , sempre me receberam com má-vontade. Alguém deveria já ter dado um toque sobre isso.
Good doctors, especially Dr Leodegario (he attends with a lot of humanity). Dr Isnard is a good professional. The attendants are feisty, always welcomed me with ill will. Someone should have already touched on that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Marca uma um horário, fico esperando 1hr pra ser atendida. Chego antes do meu horário, passam gente na frente. Complicado, deveria rever as recepcionista. Dois anos anos vindo aqui e nada muda. Só passo por isso por conta do atendimento da doutora que é nota mil.
Lousy service. Make an appointment, I am waiting 1hr to be attended. I arrive before my time, people pass in front. Complicated, should review the receptionist. Two years coming here and nothing changes. I only go through this because of the doctor's attendance, which is a thousand note.

Eu sou paciente da Dra Nicole e fiz o pré natal dos meus dois filhos com ela na clínica.
Ela é uma ótima ginecologista e obstetra, pra mim é a melhor.
I really like the IMES clinic, it's a clean and cozy place.
I am Dr Nicole's patient and I did my two children's prenatal care with her at the clinic.
She is a great gynecologist and obstetrician, for me she is the best.
