★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o Proprietário Sr. Andrade mente para as pessoas, fui proprietario de um imóvel em caraguá, e coloquei a imobiliaria Aruam para administrar meu imóvel a imobiliária nunca pagou os alugueis em dia para o proprietário demorava meses para repassar o valor informando que o inquilino não tinha pago, mais o inquilino pagava pontualmente os valores dos aluguéis, faz quase dois anos que estou para receber a quatro alugueis que o iniquilino pagou mais a imobiliaria não repassou e se nega a me atender, O ANDRADE NÃO CUMPRE COM SEUS COMPROMISSOS E USA DE MÁ FÉ PARA COM SEUS CLIENTES. QUEM QUISER MAIS INFORMAÇÕES TENHO O ACORDO DO SEJUS QUE ELE SE COMPROMETEU A PAGAR MAIS FAZ 10 MESES QUE NÃO PAGA.

WHO WANTS MORE INFORMATION I HAVE THE AGREEMENT OF SEJUS THAT HE COMMITTED TO PAY MORE MAKES 10 MONTHS THAT HE DIDN'T PAY.

Perguntei várias coisas e fui super bem atendido, com toda paciência.
Bem diferente da Necta onde nem o dono tem educação... Eu perguntava um detalhe, e ele ficava nervoso, gritava e explodia na frente de todo mundo. Surreal...
