Há um bom tempo atrás paguei o atendimento de emergência para cuidar da minha cachorra, ela era idosa e estava muito debilitada, foi uma facada, mas quem liga quando precisa cuidar de quem ama? A veterinária teve q ir até a clínica, nem colocou a mão na Prit, olhou com cara de enjoada e estava com muita pressa para ir embora. O q ela fez, eu como leiga faria... Nunca mais voltei e aviso da minha experiência para todas as pessoas q posso.
Pagar caro para ter esse tipo de atendimento, não vale a pena...

The vet had to go to the clinic, didn't even put her hand on Prit, looked sick and was in a big hurry to leave. What she did, I, as a layman, would do... Paying dearly for this kind of service is not worth it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica está num estado bem ruim, todas as paredes com bolor e a sala que fomos atendidos também. Acredito que precisam dar uma atenção a isso pois de cara já passa uma má impressão do local, parece largado. Dra Flávia nos atendeu e foi bem indiferente no atendimento. Precisamos fazer uma USG e ela foi um pouco ríspida e orientou de forma debochada como deveríamos deitar a cachorra ( Como se nós fôssemos veterinários e soubéssemos a forma de fazer o exame...) enfim, o exame foi feito, tudo ok, mas acredito que precisam melhorar muuuito o atendimento que foi péssimo, exceto pela recepcionista.

I believe they need to pay attention to this because it already gives a bad impression of the place, it seems abandoned. Dr Flávia attended us and was very indifferent in the service. We need to do an USG and she was a little harsh and sneered at how we should lay the dog down (As if we were vets and we knew how to do the exam...) anyway, the exam was done, everything ok, but I believe they need to improve a lot the service that was terrible, except for the receptionist.
