★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo nem um pouco. Minha experiência, de amigos e de minha noiva foram ruins. Procure qualquer outra imobiliária em Viçosa e vc não terá dor de cabeça. Sem contar que ainda achará melhores condições, menos burocracia, melhor atendimento e preços.
I don't recommend it at all. My experience, that of friends and my fiancee was bad. Look for any other real estate in Viçosa and you will not have a headache. Not to mention that you will still find better conditions, less bureaucracy, better service and prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Telefone fixo que não atende e pelo WhatsApp levam dias para responder, sem dar a mínima atenção ao cliente. Nunca vi imobiliária que não quer alugar o imóvel. Não recomendo para ninguém!
Terrible attendance. Landline phone that doesn't answer and through WhatsApp take days to answer, without paying the slightest attention to the customer. I've never seen a real estate agency that doesn't want to rent the property. I don't recommend it to anyone!
