Tenho um imovel onde a administração era por conta de voces, mas todo mês eu tinha um problema.
Pagamento que não fazia transferência bancária na data certa.
Relatório que ia com datas divergentes.
Falta de comunicação com proprietário.
Aí quando você liga para fazer reclamação responsável da administração nunca está, e quando atende pede milhões de desculpa e fala que é erro da funcionária que não faz mas parte do quadro de funcionários.
Totalmente decepcionado..
Lack of professionalism.
I have a property where the administration was up to you, but every month I had a problem.
Payment that did not make bank transfer on the right date.
Report that went with different dates.
Lack of communication with owner.
Then when you call to make a responsible complaint from the management, you are never there, and when you answer, you ask for millions of excuses and say that it is the mistake of the employee who is not part of the staff.
Totally disappointed ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DECEPÇÃO, FRUSTRAÇÃO E MUITAS DORES DE CABEÇA.
Fechei a compra de um imóvel em 18/04/2021, marcaram que no máximo até 15/06/2021 toda documentação estaria pronta para assinar escritura e concluir o processo. O Corretor Roberto Quiroga agendou diversas datas e nunca dava certo pois faltava algum documento. Por fim o proprietário Sr. Jorge pediu mil desculpas e falou que naquela ultima data (01/09/2021) me deu sua palavra que estaria td certo, mais uma vez não deu certo pois faltava documentos. Pura falta de profissionalismo e seriedade. Tomei prejuízo pois eu antecipei o resgate de um investimento que tinha, deixei de comprar outros imóveis que tinha interesse, despesas de deslocamento de SP até Atibaia com aluguel de carros, combustível, documentos e despesas bancárias, sem contar que tive que desmarcar vários compromissos meus. Eles não cumpriram nada do que foi combinado comigo, nos prazos agendados por eles sempre faltava algum documento. No contrato citava que se alguma das partes desistisse do negócio perderia o valor correspondente ao sinal, na véspera da assinatura o Roberto Quiroga simplesmente me ligou e falou que iria me devolver o sinal pois novamente não iríamos assinar a escritura pois faltava mais algum documento. Lamentável, se eu desistisse eu perderia o valor do sinal, para eles não ocorreu a perda de nenhum valor. Lamentável, negócio fechado em 18/04/21 até 31/08/21 foram muitas dores de cabeça.
DECEPTION, FRUSTRATION AND MANY HEADACHES.
I closed the purchase of a property on 04/18/2021, they marked that no later than 06/15/2021 all documentation would be ready to sign deed and complete the process. Broker Roberto Quiroga scheduled several dates and it never worked out because some document was missing. Finally, the owner Mr. Jorge apologized and said that on that last date (09/01/2021) he gave me his word that it would be all right, once again it didn't work because documents were missing. Pure lack of professionalism and seriousness. I took a loss because I anticipated the redemption of an investment I had, I stopped buying other properties that I was interested in, traveling expenses from SP to Atibaia with car rental, fuel, documents and bank expenses, not to mention that I had to cancel several appointments of mine . They did not fulfill anything that was agreed with me, within the deadlines scheduled by them, some document was always missing. The contract mentioned that if any of the parties gave up on the deal, they would lose the amount corresponding to the down payment, on the eve of the signature, Roberto Quiroga simply called me and said that he would return the down payment to me because again we would not sign the deed because some more document was missing. Unfortunately, if I gave up I would lose the value of the signal, for them there was no loss of value. Unfortunately, the deal closed on 04/18/21 until 08/31/21 was a lot of headaches.
