★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo por parte de uma funcionária (Corretora ???), que se envolveu em problemas pessoais com familiares dos clientes, causando muitos aborrecimentos. Inclusive desfazendo transações
sem avisar a pessoa interessada na compra de nosso imóvel, que estava aguardando financiamento.
A mesma indicou outro
comprador para outra pessoa da família e passou a fazer transações sobre o imóvel com a mesma .
Já havíamos conversado que essa pessoa não estava autorizada pois estava nos causando problemas. Ela nos ignorou totalmente .
Se envolveu tbm em outros assuntos que não lhe diziam respeito.
Apesar de todos esses contratempos, o nosso Imóvel foi vendido rápido e não tivemos outros maiores problemas .
Lack of professionalism on the part of an employee (Corretor ???), who got involved in personal problems with family members of clients, causing a lot of annoyance. Including undoing transactions
without notifying the person interested in buying our property, who was awaiting financing.
The same indicated another
buyer to another person in the family and started making transactions on the property with that person.
We had already discussed that this person was not authorized because he was causing us problems. She totally ignored us.
He also got involved in other matters that did not concern him.
Despite all these setbacks, our property was sold quickly and we had no other major problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, demora pra responder uma consulta, agenda visita e uma hora antes quando liguei para ver o local do encontro, fui informado que o imovel havia sido cancelado.
Não indico a ninguem.
Bad service, delay in responding to an appointment, schedule visit and an hour before when I called to see the meeting place, I was informed that the property had been cancelled.
I don't recommend to anyone.

O corretor Júnior apenas me "cozinhou" e parou de me responder. Não recomendo!
Bad! I requested the registration of the property for sale on 02/12/2022 and until that date, 04/06/2022 I have not had a response. A complete neglect.
The junior broker just "cooked" me and stopped responding to me. I do not recommend!
