★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje faz 16 dias que deixei a chave nessa imobiliária para avaliação do imóvel, me disseram que depois de 3 dias retornaria a ligação confirmando avaliação do imóvel e divulgação, depois dessa avaliação eu pagaria 150 reais assinei um termo de procedimentos ok mas cadê a avaliação, cade as fotos divulgadas, cade o contrato de autorização para venda, nem se quer me ligaram pra nada, sendo que no mesmo dia eu tinha deixado em outra imobiliária.resolveram tudo em dois dias avaliação do imóvel fotos divulgadas em redes sóciais, sites me retornaram para confirmação de contrato imobiliária ótima ok mas claro que liguei na imobiliária doutor adinho, pedindo para falar com a corretora ela não se encontrava, então pedi para desconsiderar a avaliação que ela não tinha feito ainda pq a outra imobiliária que fui mas rápida e eficaz já tinha feito, pedi somente a divulgação da venda, e mesmo assim não obtive retornos. Falam que é a melhor de tiete acho que não.
Today it's been 16 days since I left the key in this real estate for property valuation, I was told that after 3 days I would return the call confirming the property valuation and disclosure, after this valuation I would pay 150 reais I signed a term of procedures ok but where's the valuation, where were the photos released, where was the authorization agreement for sale, they didn't even call me for anything, and on the same day I had left it at another real estate company. they resolved everything in two days. property evaluation photos published in social networks, websites returned to me for confirmation of a great real estate contract ok but of course I called the real estate doctor adinho, asking to speak to the broker she was not there, so i asked to disregard the assessment that she hadn’t done yet because the other real estate agent was faster and more effective already I had done it, I only asked for the disclosure of the sale, and even then I didn't get returns. They say it is the best thing I think not.

Esta caindo agua mais dentro do que fora da casa e acionei a mais de 2 meses a imobiliária e até agora nada resolvido. Porém o boleto do aluguel chega .
Funcionários que nao retornam para posicionar e dar satisfação. Sinto que só defendem o interesse da imobiliaria ,, fora a desorganização.
Minha paciência está acabando... será que será necessário ir atras de advogado?

São excelentes no comercial. Mas quanto ao retorno aos inquilinos.. PÉSSIMOS. Não retornam mensagens e não dão feedback quanto aos serviços de manutenção. Para eles os inquilinos não são clientes. Tenho um imóvel em outra cidade, mas não deixaria na mão deles NUNCA.

They are excellent in commercials. But as for the return to tenants... TERRIBLE. They do not return messages and do not provide feedback on maintenance services. For them, tenants are not customers. I have a property in another city, but I would EVER leave it in their hands.
