★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugueis muito caros para o tipo de imovel disponivel, são antigos e sem manutenção, corretores não atendem a necessidade do cliente oferecendo opções de baixa qualidade, entregando a chave para visitação e informando um valor dentro do que se procura quando na verdade o valor é muuuito acima do procurado fazendo com que se perca tempo e dinheiro com visitações inúteis e desnecessárias.
