★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pessoas despreparadas e sem um pingo de interesse em realizar negócios. Essa foi a péssima impressão que tive ao lidar com uma atendente (a quem eu jamais chamaria de "corretora") que me tratou com desdém e até hoje não respondeu os meus questionamentos, apesar de eu ter enviado e reenviado e-mail. Numa época em que sobram imóveis para vender e alugar e faltam clientes, é inacreditável que ainda existam empresas assim. É claro que eu procurei outra imobiliária e já consegui o imóvel que pretendia, além de ter sido tratado com a atenção, agilidade e respeito que todo cliente merece.
 Poor service, unprepared people and without an ounce of interest in doing business. That was the bad impression I had when dealing with an attendant (whom I would never call a "broker") who treated me with disdain and until today has not answered my questions, even though I sent and resent an email. At a time when there are lots of properties to sell and rent and customers are lacking, it is unbelievable that companies like that still exist. Of course, I looked for another real estate company and I already got the property I wanted, besides having been treated with the attention, agility and respect that every client deserves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moradasol com certeza fora a PIOR imobiliária que já entrei em contato.
Durante a minha jornada de procurar um apartamento para alugar conheci vários tipos de corretores, alguns não sabiam lidar com os clientes e em outros sabiam lidar muito bem, com educação e atenção. Contudo quando entrei em contato com essa empresa a corretora me tratou com o maior desdém. Realmente vocês não podem estar em contato com o público, tentem fazer outra coisa ou contratar corretores que sejam humanos e tenham o mínimo de empatia pelo próximo, até porque ela não estava fazendo nenhum tipo de favor para mim e sim apenas o seu trabalho.
Nunca indicaria para NINGUÉM essa imobiliária, prefiram fechar com o próprio locador do que com eles. Pior empresa, só dei uma estrela pelo motivo de que não tinha como não dar NENHUMA.
Nada impressionada de ver tantas avaliações negativas.
Moradasol was certainly the WORST real estate I have ever contacted.
During my journey of looking for an apartment to rent I met several types of brokers, some did not know how to deal with clients and in others they knew how to deal very well, with education and attention. However, when I contacted this company, the brokerage treated me with the utmost disdain. You really cannot be in contact with the public, try to do something else or hire brokers who are human and have the least amount of empathy for others, not least because she was not doing me any kind of favor but just her job.
I would never recommend this property to ANYONE, prefer to close with the landlord than with them. Worst company, I only gave one star for the reason that I could not give NONE.
Not at all impressed to see so many negative reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária muito complicada para se fazer negócio principalmente alugar, exige até a alma do cliente … em contra partida quando se reclama do imóvel ela e morosa no atendimento e não raro não resolve a situação. Cobra um seguro residencial ($600 e renovação $200) que só cobre queda de asteroide, tsunamis e destruição total do imóvel !

Se queixando de problemas no apto e eles inertes …. Devem ser bons pro proprietários porque para os inquilinos não o são infelizmente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, difícil de contato por telefone, passar whatsapp e não respondem, o setor de rescisão de contrato é o pior de todos. Combinam uma coisa e depois cobram outra. Altamente desorganizado, credibilidade no que combinam com os clientes.

Como em quase todas as situações da vida; problemas aconteceram, mas eles sempre se dispuseram a resolver da melhor forma. Agradeço principalmente a Adrielle que teve muita paciência e ficou no meu atendimento dias ate resolver o problema.

I am vacating a leased property with the address sol and I have to commend the team. As in almost every situation in life; problems happened, but they were always willing to solve them in the best way. I especially thank Adrielle who was very patient and stayed in my care for days until the problem was resolved.
I would definitely do business again and recommend this property to everyone.
