Aluguei um apartamento por essa corretora, a ei o apartamento, mas houveram tantos problemas e irregularidades com a corretora que sai de lá e decidi nunca mais fazer negócio com eles. Péssima comunicação, tentaram cobrar um aumento retroativo ao aviso (houve um aumento que era atrelado ao aviso deles, me avisaram em junho para eu pagar a diferença de dezembro do ano anterior a junho daquele ano, um verdadeiro absurdo!). Isso porque quem solicitou e informou do aumento foi a proprietária, se não eles iriam me avisar bem um ano mais tarde. Não aluguem ou comprem por eles, é a dica que dou!
 Bad broker. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, compreendo que a pandemia veio e atrasou alguns atendimentos, porem as empresas precisam se adequar, ninguém responde o e-mail que a gravação indica e o celular só vive fora de área, faz mais de um mês que eu preciso de uma informação, porem não consigo, que dificuldade e essa hem. Sei que a pandemia atrapalhou muitas coisas, mas respondeu um email não tem tanta dificuldade assim, ou ate mesmo colocar um celular que ao menos funcione.

Saliento, que não existe empresa perfeita, muito menos empresa dos sonhos. Mas a APSA, tem facilitado e compreendido a situação de cada cliente de maneira ESPECIAL, de acordo com sua realidade; transparecendo sensibilidade até mesmo ,quando o cliente está em momentos muito difíceis!!.

Since I hired Apsa, I feel that the company works with seriousness, objectivity and makes an effort, in the sense of helping its clients within its possibilities, always presenting the best way to invest, within the conditions of each client. I emphasize that there is no perfect company, much less a dream company.
