★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, principalmente da Juliana. Eu nunca vi uma imobiliária com tamanha falta de profissionalismo, não há comunicação, são desorganizados. Tentei conversar com o proprietário e ele nem sequer fez questão de descer as escadas para falar comigo. Não indico pra ninguém !!!
Poor service, especially from Juliana. I have never seen a real estate agency with such a lack of professionalism, there is no communication, they are disorganized. I tried to talk to the owner and he didn't even make a point of going downstairs to talk to me. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me responderam rapidamente sobre visita, estrutura bonita. Não consegui alugar o imóvel a tempo pois estava disputado rsrs, mas as funcionárias são educadas e fui muito bem atendida pela Yolanda.
Adorei e vou estar sempre atenta ao site!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, desorganizados, não respondem os clientes. Aguardando retorno a respeito de um imóvel para locação a 2 semanas e hoje eu entrei em contato e me falaram que o imóvel está reservado.
Terrible service, disorganized, customers do not respond. Awaiting return regarding a rental property for 2 weeks and today I got in touch and they told me that the property is booked.

Liguei agendando pra buscar a chave de um imóvel, sai do Gutierrez, atravessei a cidade, quando chego lá no horário marcado, emprestaram a chave pra outra pessoa que não estava agendado. Simplesmente falaram que é por ordem de chegada e não agendamento. Marcaram o horário e não cumpriram. Atendentes folgadas e sem profissionalismo.
Terrible attendance. I called to get the key to a property, left Gutierrez, crossed the city, when I got there at the scheduled time, they lent the key to someone else who wasn't scheduled. They simply said that it is by order of arrival and not by appointment. They set the time and didn't comply. Loose and unprofessional attendants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consegui agendar visita ao imóvel com facilidade. Porém não recomendo pelas regras de locação, valor abusivo de 8 a 10 vezes o valor do aluguel para título de capitalização.
E só aceitam fiador com imóvel de BH e região, ou seja, pessoas que não forem mineiras ficam de fora.

And they only accept guarantors with properties in Belo Horizonte and region, that is, people who are not from Minas Gerais are left out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista Juliana foi extremamente sem educação, pois liguei mais cedo agendando uma visita no apartamento do Planalto e a mesma nao quis passar contato do corretor, a mesma disse que era so para ir!!!!! Péssimo atendimento!!!!
Receptionist Juliana was extremely rude, because I called earlier to schedule a visit to the Planalto apartment and she didn't want to contact the broker, she said it was just to go!!!!! Terrible attendance!!!!
