★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atende bem administração boa porém seus terrenos a venda por anos prejudicam os moradores de um bairro invadido por pipeiros e os moradores querem colocar faixa com o número da lei que foi cantada em DOG que proíbe essa prática e segundo uma moradora eles não deixaram. Então enquanto esses terrenos não forem vendidos estamos a mercê de pipeiros, drogados e ladrão. Detalhe ninguém pediu para eles bancarem as faixas só pedimos a autorização para colocar. Se omitiram a um problema que é nosso, mas que podiam colaborar já que o terreno é deles. Existe alguns que tentaram invadir aí colocaram segurança agora os que são menores ferre-se os moradores que já compraram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um terreno nesta imobiliária mas infelizmente condomínio fechado no Maria clara passou longe o cartão de visitas hj desvalorizou muito o meu imóvel mesmo assim por alguns funcionários fui muito bem tratada toda negociações foram bem esclarecidas até a quitação do mesmo o que me entristeceu foi que apareceu um imóvel de reintegração e procurei informação e a pessoa foi bem educada me passou que no momento mesmo sendo da imobiliária ia demorar o trâmite para estar disponível que era o tempo para que eu conseguisse juntar o dinheiro pra comprar o imóvel foi sarcástico e deu risadinha e disse brincadeirinha mas sabe que ele abriu meus olhos qd vc n tem dinheiro n tem negócio mas tranquilo o mundo da voltas e deus nos reserva o melhor
