Liguei interessada em um imóvel, o corretor estava ocupado, até aí tudo bem deixei meu contato para retorno e nada, repeti o processo de tentar falar por 3x e nada, no outro dia mandei mensagem no whats enfim me responderam, não sei o que era pior não ter sido atendida ou ter sido, uma corretora atendeu no tanto faz, como se não precisasse de clientes, não fez questão nenhuma sobre a locação, mesmo assim com toda educação continuei pois estava interessada no imóvel, quando pedi para visitar e que teria interesse, a impressão que tive era que estava guardando o imóvel para alguém, meu Deus,... A mesma respondia já vou avisando vc pode marcar para ver o imóvel mas a locação aqui é de 3 anos ou mais se sair antes paga multa, para não perder nem seu tempo nem o meu ? ela não me conhecia primeiro contato e só respondia com total tanto faz que vc quer locar, nunca fui tão desrespeitada como cidadã, daria para escrever um livro com a respostas dela ??♀️

Aluguei uma kitnet com eles, estão me cobrando um valor a mais na conta de energia e não fazem o mínimo esforço para resolver! Estou de saída do imóvel e me cobraram um valor absurdo como se eu estivesse usando o local, sendo que já sai a mais de duas semanas! Não realizaram nenhuma vistoria de entrada e quiseram me cobrar coisas que já estavam errados no começo da contratação! Não resolvem, colocam culpa na pessoa que está alugando, fazem de tudo pra você pagar um valor absurdo e totalmente injusto, além de ameaças aos fiadores e de colocar uma multa errada e 10% de juros em cima do valor absurdo que tentaram me fazer pagar! Trabalho desonesto e horrível! Para solucionar problemas como vazamentos na locação nunca resolvem, na hora de cobrarem multas e qualquer outro tipo de valor são rápidos! Nunca tive tantos problemas pra tentar sair de um imóvel! Péssimo! Uma vergonha!

I rented a kitnet with them, they are charging me an extra amount on the energy bill and they don't make the slightest effort to solve it! I'm leaving the property and they charged me an absurd amount as if I were using the place, and I've been out for more than two weeks! They didn't carry out any entrance inspection and wanted to charge me for things that were already wrong at the beginning of the hiring! They don't solve it, they blame the person who is renting it, they do everything to make you pay an absurd and totally unfair amount, in addition to threatening the guarantors and placing a wrong fine and 10% interest on top of the absurd amount they tried to make me pay. ! Dishonest and horrible work! To solve problems such as leaks in the lease they never solve, when they charge fines and any other type of value they are quick! I've never had so much trouble trying to get out of a property! Terrible! A shame!
