Para alugar tem que pagar 5 mil no mínimo de entrada se você não tiver fiador.
Além de querer cobrar multa de recisão contratual mesmo depois de cumprir mais de um ano de contrato.
Não aluguem por essa imobiliária só dor de cabeça!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respondem mensagens e nem e-mails. Precisa ficar ligando e cobrando pra qualquer problema que eles mesmos são pagos pra resolver. Ao invés de diminuírem o estresse e os problemas do cliente, só aumentam. Demoram tempo demais para resolverem questões simples.
They do not respond to messages or emails. Need to keep calling and charging for any problem they are paid to solve themselves. Instead of decreasing customer stress and problems, they only increase. They take too long to solve simple questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ um estresse interminável. estou pedindo há meses para arrumarem o portão elétrico e nada. qualquer coisa que precisa é assim. hoje as vizinhas quase não conseguiram ir ao trabalho por isso. já fiquei presa uma vez por conta de fechadura velha e pulei o muro para não faltar na aula. conserto sai tudo do meu bolso. torneira tive que trocar todas. chuveiro que deixaram estava queimado e a fiação é antiga, não esquenta. aluguel é barato, mas não convém.
endless stress. I've been asking for months to fix the electric gate and nothing. anything you need is like this. today the neighbors almost couldn't go to work because of that. I got stuck once because of an old lock and jumped over the wall so I wouldn't miss class. repairs come out of my pocket. faucet had to change them all. shower they left was burnt and the wiring is old, it doesn't heat up. Rent is cheap, but not convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária. Alugo um imóvel há 3 anos e em todos eu tive problemas. Eles não respondem e-mails e WhatsApp, para resolver os problemas precisa ligar ou ir até a imobiliária e mesmo assim o problema não é resolvido.
Os funcionários não são nenhum pouco educados, além disso o dono e seu filho são ignorantes. Parece que estamos pedindo um favor e não alugando um imóvel.
Não recomendo para ninguém é só dor de cabeça!
Bad real estate. I have been renting a property for 3 years and in all of them I had problems. They don't answer emails and WhatsApp, to solve the problems you need to call or go to the real estate and even then the problem is not solved.
The staff are not polite at all, plus the owner and his son are ignorant. It feels like we're asking a favor and not renting a property.
I don't recommend it to anyone, it's just a headache!
