★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente ?????????? recomendo, aliás editando pois recomendei no início até locar a casa e não ter um respaldo após diversos pedidos desde o dia que entrei na casa sobre vários problemas na residência como vazamentos nos banheiros, um trincado perigosíssimo em cima de um portão com risco de acidente com meus filhos e um cômodo onde não funciona uma tomada, já me falaram que encaminhariam um técnico que nunca vem, fora problema que tive com medidor de água e vazamento que tive que resolver com semae pois eles nem deram importância, totalmente decepcionado com essa imobiliária.

I recommend, in fact editing because I recommended it in the beginning until I rented the house and did not have a support after several requests since the day I entered the house about various problems in the residence such as leaks in the bathrooms, a very dangerous cracked on top of a gate with the risk of an accident with my children and a room where there is no outlet, they told me they would refer a technician who never comes, apart from a problem I had with a water meter and leak that I had to solve with semae because they didn't even care, totally disappointed with this real estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que tive sem duvida coloquei a casa na mãos deles pelo fato de morar em outra cidade pra eu não ter que ter dor de cabeça de resolver os problemas pois imobiliária serve pra lidar com os problemas da casa e foi tudo ao contrário todos os problemas que surgia a imobiliária não tomava iniciativa nem respondia o locatário e sempre eu que de longe tinha que tá resolvendo tudo sozinha um conselho vc que pensa em colocar sua casa na mão dessa imobiliária não faça isso compensa mais vc alugar por conta própria de qualquer forma vc que resolverá todos os problemas sozinha com o inquilino ou colocar sua casa na mãos de uma imobiliária COMPETENTE algo que é fato eles são 100% incompetente tá a dica não caia nessa fria como eu caí em confiar neles

An advice if you think about putting your house in the hands of this real estate company, don't do it, it's worth it, you rent it on your own anyway. that will solve all the problems alone with the tenant or put your house in the hands of a COMPETENT real estate company something that is a fact they are 100% incompetent ok the tip do not fall into this cold as I fell into trusting them

Parece que estao fazendo favor pra voce todas as veses que pede pra arrumar algum problema na casa fora a falta de educacao pelo telefone
Fiquei mas de um ano na casa pagando conta errada sendo que eles falou que era a certa so descobri isso porque o pessoau da semae foi até a casa por conta de um vasamento e constatarao que estava pagando conta trocada ai falei na imobiliaria i ainda por cima ficarao brabos falando q fui mexer aonde nao devia i queria que eu pagace a diferença das contas de todas as contas sendo que foi um erro deles ai como nao paguei eles queria aumentar o valor do aluguel de 650 para quase 900 reais falando que era um reajunte anual (que realmente tem esse reajunte ) mas nao tinhao falado isso quando fomos locar a casa porque se tivec falado que dps de um ano o aluguel iria subir de 650 pra quase 900 nao iriamos alugar acasa . Pra rezumir fui obrigado a quebrar o contrato e arrumar1400 reais da onde nao tinha pra pagar a quebra de contrato pra conceguir sair
Por fim aluguei a casa com a dona da casa que é menos dor de cabeça
Essa foi minha pior experiencia se tive menos estrelas eu daria
Por tanto pense bem antes que aconteça com voce oque aconteceu comigo

I spent more than a year in the house paying the wrong bill and they said it was the right one, I only found that out because the people from the week went to the house because of a leak and found that I was paying the changed bill, so I told the real estate agency to top it off They will be angry saying that I went to move where I shouldn't i wanted me to pay the difference between the bills of all the bills and it was their mistake and as I didn't pay they wanted to increase the rent from 650 to almost 900 reais saying that it was a reassembly Annual (which actually has this reassembling) but I hadn't said that when we were renting the house because if I had said that after a year the rent would go up from 650 to almost 900 we wouldn't rent the house. To resume, I was forced to break the contract and get 1400 reais from where I didn't have to pay the breach of contract to get out
Finally I rented the house with the hostess who is less of a headache
This was my worst experience if I had less stars I would give
So think well before it happens to you what happened to me
