★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você for inquilino, espere um atendimento frio e irredutível. Sempre paguei tudo nas datas previstas, cumprindo com minhas obrigações. Quando precisei de flexibilização nas garantias, sem chances.
O atendimento é mais um embate, do que um bate-papo e eles estão sempre prontos para dar negativas.
Ainda bem que, no final das contas, passei a conversar direto com o dono do imóvel.
Quando resolvi comprar meu próprio imóvel e pedi o encerramento do contrato, escapei por muito pouco de uma infinidade de taxas e multas que não paravam de aparecer. Cobrava-se a totalidade do contrato e não o equivalente ao período em que continuaria a ocupar o apartamento.
Como ponto positivo, destaco a Sra. Lindaura. Sempre foi atenciosa e prestativa.
Obs.: Inquilinos também são clientes!

a mais de 30 dias solicitei reparo no apartamento que loquei, e não deram nem atenção, minha esposa ainda gravida, e agora com a criança recém nascida, nem o reparo no banheiro e nem o interfone arrumaram.
estamos perdendo encomendas, e o banheiro esta inviável para uso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, estamos a procura do nosso primeiro imóvel, entendemos um pouco dos procedimentos em financiamento, não temos experiência e por esse motivo esperávamos que o corretor(a) fosse compreensível em nos atender e pronto a nos ajudar , o atendimento frio, sinceramente não gostei do atendimento, dei 1 estrela por ser essa opção em deixar meu comentário, acredito que através de um atendimento podemos adquirir experiência para comprarmos não só 1 imóvel, mas outros e até indicarmos a amigos, acho importante rever o quadro de corretores que atendem os clientes direto e indiretamente, pois sendo assim fará grande diferença para muitas famílias, para investidores o ao empreendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior imobiliária que existe em Guarulhos.. falta de educação por parte dos funcionários, má vontade para solucionar problemas aliás não solucionam nada, desorganização total sequer emitem comunicados para um inquilino eficiência zero essa imobiliária é muito amadora.

Além disso os imóveis são muito mal administrados.
Aluguei uma sala para uso comercial e a galeria não tem nenhum tipo de manutenção, cheio de infiltração, sujo, sem segurança. Horrível.
Não recomendo. Péssimos profissionais

Desorganizados. Quando você precisar dos serviços deles, saiba que eles vão ficar te jogando pra lá e pra cá "isso não é do meu departamento é do fulano" até você não aguentar mais.
A experiência ruim começa quando você entra no escritório deles. Energia pesada, pessoas mal humoradas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de comprometimento. Informei no dia da visita que ficaria com imóvel, porém me deram 10 dias para entrega do mesmo. Pois estava em reforma. Após 2 dias ( nem completando 48h) fui informada que imóvel já tinha ficha na frente. Sendo que corretor informou que havia 2 dias a placa de locação que eu era a primeira me interessar. Nem ao menos a capacidade mínima de perguntar sobre docs tiveram. Terrível. E abaixo so tem reclamação. Antes de locar verifiquem todas as reclamações. Não é em vão
