Meu contato foi com um Sr Ricardo o tal corretor. Pessoa insignificante , arrogante, sem trato com pessoas, ser desprezível não tem paciência em ouvir, atropela conversa, soberbo.
Acredito que seja um infeliz... vazio de gentileza e educação.
Não tem altura muito menos beleza exterior, e o seu interior é pior ainda
Deve ter 1,40 de altura e 5 metros de topete. Com certeza deve ser solteiro. O $ dele não é suficiente pra alguém permanecer ao seu lado a não ser por algum interesse.
Somos todos iguais, é uma pena que existam Ricardos, que em algum momento na vida temos que nos sujeitar a um breve momento ter o desprazer de ter algum contato com esse tipo de projeto ser humano "infelizes, mal amados"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mais de 36 meses fui inquilino comercial de um imóvel que essa imobiliária administra, no meu contrato existiu uma cláusula que dizia a obrigatoriedade do inquilino em transferir para o nome junto as prestadoras de serviços, cumpri com todas as minhas obrigações durante o contrato em vigência, e em junho de 2021 um novo inquilino tomou posse do imóvel, sendo o meu contrato finalizado. Até o momento (24/02/2022), mesmo após inúmeras ligações e solicitações, a imobiliária não resolve em relação ao inquilino atual transferir as contas para o seu nome e continuo recebendo avisos da ENEL que o inquilino atual não efetuou o pagamento da conta de consumo junto a mesma. Mensagens inclusive informando que meu nome será incluido na lista de devedores do sistema "Serasa".
For more than 36 months I was a commercial tenant of a property that this real estate manages, in my contract there was a clause that said the tenant's obligation to transfer to the name with the service providers, I fulfilled all my obligations during the contract in force , and in June 2021 a new tenant took possession of the property, and my contract was terminated. To date (24/02/2022), even after numerous calls and requests, the real estate agency does not resolve the current tenant to transfer the accounts to its name and I continue to receive notices from ENEL that the current tenant has not paid the bill consumption along with it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem quiser ser maltratado, mal atendido, pode entrar em contato com a imobiliária Osvaldo Gomes, tem coma competição de quem é mais grosseiro, a mulher ou o cara, você pode tentar a sorte e ligar.
Não parece que eles prestam atendimento ao cliente, parece que fazem um favor, um favor bem sem vontade com quem entra em ctto.
Sim, você pode tentar o whatssap, mas você nunca será respondido, NUNCA, é só enfeite ou serve de bate papo entre eles.
Todas as vezes que entrei em contato com esse imobiliária fui tão mal atendida a ponto de ficar chateada, parecendo que cometi um crime ao ligar.
Os imóveis deles também são péssimos, tanto quanto o atendimento.
Minha dica aqui é: Se por possível não entrem em contato com eles, e também eu indico: USEM o QUINTO ANDAR ao invés de usar essa imobiliária.
