★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não contratem nunca, a Fátima atendente que cuida de contratos ao solicitar o boleto para o pagamento do meu aluguel, simplesmente falou resolve com o Proprietário não temos mas nada haver com isso, Grossa, estupidamente ridícula, tratando com pessoas como se fossem um lixo, Fátima o nome da “Profissional” se é que essa palavra se encaixa para a baixa qualidade dela.
Não recomendo nunca!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa surpreendente até agora ,sabe que no mundo hoje são tudo urubu eu não tinha enfrentado tanto a problemas como enfrentei pra locar um imóvel, o que dizem da Rebeca fora dela ela pede até o DNA pra alugar não consegue só através de mim,eu como uma pessoa realmente já sei que o não é possível em qualquer situação ainda + n3ss3s tempo do vírus que ficamos sem um acreditar um no outro com razão vai que ?aí fui lá pela 2* vez e me deram uma informação que falam aqui fora que ela não faz,eu vou ser meu próprio fiador de um imóvel pq tenho 2 imóvel um na praia outro no Tatuapé s.p e outro de herança no parque são Lucas e igual aquele dizer as pessoas julga sem saber.aparentemente muito bom pela estrutura e pelo atendimento inicial muito cordial já na entrada fico feliz em saber que vou tratar com uma grande imobiliária vip.do bom retiro faço 50 anos desde 1973 conheço ele é pela 1° vez vou fazer negócios com eles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária do país, parecia que morava de favor são todos lixos os atendimentos deles além de sair tive que pagar um aluguel de aviso breve. Nunca vi isso....nada resolve por isso tomem mto cuidado.
Terrible real estate agency in the country, it seemed that I lived in favor, their services are all rubbish, besides leaving I had to pay a short notice rent. I've never seen it....nothing solves it so be very careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estou tentando há mais de uma semana falar com o corretor, eu ligo todos os dias, e a atendente fala que vao me retornar e isso nunca acontece. Eu tenho dó do proprietário do imóvel mal sabe que i mesmo está sem alugar por falta de profissionalismo da corretora que ele escolheu.
Não recomendo
I've been trying for over a week to talk to the broker, I call every day, and the operator says they'll get back to me and that never happens. I feel sorry for the owner of the property as soon as he knows that he is not renting due to the lack of professionalism of the broker he chose.
