★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse daria -10 estrelas. Imobiliária extremamente burocrática. Desde que me mudei para a sala alugada diversos problemas com infiltrações estou tendo. Já mandei concertar pq eles disseram que não era de responsabilidade deles. Concertei internamente, onde trabalho e pago aluguel. E agora para minha NADA SURPRESA, volta novamente os problemas de infiltrações que são EXTERNOS à minha sala, ou seja, o problema está no prédio, avisei a esta preciosíssima imobiliária e já faz mais de um mês que eu espero uma simples respota e NADA. Já mandei diversos emails com fotos dos problemas. Fazem visitas no prédio, mas nunca é o "setor responsável". Descaso! Não indico pra ninguém.
If I could I would give it -10 stars. Extremely bureaucratic real estate. Since I moved to the rented room several problems with infiltrations I'm having. I have already arranged because they said it was not their responsibility. I internally arranged, where I work and paid rent. And now for my SURPRISE NADA, it returns again the problems of infiltrations that are EXTERNAL to my room, that is to say, the problem is in the building, I warned to this most precious real estate and it has been more than a month that I wait a simple answer and NOTHING. I already sent several emails with pictures of the problems. They visit the building, but it's never the "responsible sector." Wrong! I do not tell anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa emiti cobrança após vencimento incluindo juros e multa mesmo o cliente ligando varias vezes solicitando boleto dentro do prazo, e ainda determina multa 76,75 + Juros 1,54 se não for pago no mesmo dia que envia ao cliente. Falta de respeito que beira a extorsão.
Company issued billing after maturity including interest and fine even if the customer calls several times asking for a payment slip within the deadline, and still determines a fine of 76.75 + Interest 1.54 if it is not paid on the same day it sends to the customer. Lack of respect that borders on extortion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dei as 5 estrelas porque em algumas situações o atendimento me respondeu com prepotência.
E as vezes parece que pessoas diferentes respondem o whats app e fica meio que um “telefone sem fio”.
Fora isso, foi uma das mais agilizadas na documentação dos processos.
Também acho um ponto positivo ter um responsável que acompanhe pra visitar o imóvel, tendo em vista que buscar e deixar a chave na imobiliária, como acontece com outras, é cansativo.
I just didn't give the 5 stars because in some situations the service answered me with arrogance.
And sometimes it seems like different people answer the whats app and it’s kind of like a “cordless phone”.
Other than that, it was one of the most streamlined in documenting processes.
I also think it is a positive point to have a person in charge to accompany you to visit the property, considering that searching for and leaving the key in the real estate, as with others, is tiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 13 dias esperando uma declaração para devolução da caução, não indico para ninguém. Já solicitei várias vezes e não obtive resposta.
Nova avaliação:
Devolução das chaves aconteceu dia 23 de Novembro, hoje dia 16 de Dezembro recebi a informação que a caução será paga até dia 23/12, ou seja, vão levar um mês para devolver a caução.
Sem contar com a cobrança de taxa de garagem mesmo quando já havia solicitado o cancelamento.
13 days waiting for a declaration to return the deposit, I do not recommend it to anyone. I've already asked several times and got no response.
New assessment:
Key return took place on November 23rd, today December 16th I received information that the deposit will be paid until December 23rd, that is, it will take a month to return the deposit.
Not to mention the garage fee even when you have already requested a cancellation.
