★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito exigente para alugar uma casa , sei que é preciso todos os documentos mas quem não tem fiador não tem casa e o seguro fiança é absurdo 10 a 20 % por mês do valor do aluguel, então se uma pessoa não tem ninguém como vai alugar?

Cheguei lá às 15: 55 e a funcionária falou que só liberava as chaves até às 16 h, eu ainda indaguei que não era 16h e a casa pertinho da imobiliária, em 15 minutos eu retornava. Não teve jeito. NÃO ACEITAM ACORDO COM O CLIENTE, TRATAM COMO SE FIZESSEM FAVOR. ENGANAM NO HORÁRIO. PESSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA
Terrible attendance. The real estate agent mentions that it works until 5 pm. I arrived there at 3:55 pm and the employee said that she only released the keys until 4 pm, I still asked that it was not 4 pm and the house was close to the real estate agency, in 15 minutes I would return. There was no way. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT AGREEMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER, THEY TREAT IT AS IF THEY DID A FAVOR. CHEAT ON TIME. BAD EXPERIENCE
