★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O suporte é quase inexistente. Não se colocam a disposição e fazem pouco caso do interessado. Só não dou 1 estrela porque o corretor que me acompanhou nas visitas é uma ótima pessoa, mas lá está, negócio não fechado por falta de agilidade do pessoal da administração. Não recomendo.
Support is almost nonexistent. They do not make themselves available and pay little attention to the interested party. I just don't give 1 star because the broker who accompanied me on visits is a great person, but there it is, business not closed due to the lack of agility of the administration staff. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência de fazer negócio foi HORRÍVEL. Não avisam quando fazem a vistoria(e olha que nem te convidam para isso) e qualquer tipo de acontecimento. Simplesmente foi um descaso, e eu queria participar da vistoria para ver haveria algo que o avaliador não viu e como teve vários pontos que passaram vazios. Não recomendo fechar negócio com essa imobiliária.
The experience of doing business was HORRIBLE. They don't warn you when they do the inspection (and look, they don't even invite you to do so) and any type of event. It was simply a neglect, and I wanted to participate in the inspection to see that there was something that the appraiser did not see and how there were several points that passed empty. I do not recommend closing a deal with this real estate company.

Não são amigável.
