O imóvel em péssimas condições, vazamentos por toda parte, tenho que ficar desligando a geral pra casa não alagar, rachaduras, interfone nunca funcionou, a imobiliária não está nem aí, a meses todos os moradores estão tentado buscar assistência mas a imobiliária não resolve nada, a proprietária não está nem aí. E são todos os kitnet que estão assim.
Não recomendo essa imobiliária é pessima.
 The worst experience of my life, from day one I regret it bitterly. The property is in terrible condition, leaks everywhere, I have to keep turning off the mains so the house doesn't flood, cracks, the intercom never worked, the real estate company doesn't care, for months all the residents have been trying to seek assistance but the real estate doesn't solve anything , the owner doesn't care. And all kitnets are like that.
I do not recommend this real estate agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não ia mencionar o motivo, mas, uma vez que a imobiliária quis expor o ocorrido... Muito bem: fui visitar um imóvel, entreguei a chave 17h, fui informada de que não tinha cadastro pra ele. No outro dia, 11h, enviei a documentação completa (inclusive com matrícula de imóvel de fiador e tudo mais). Descobri, então, que simultaneamente estava sendo aprovado outro cadastro. Passando os dias e nada, EU cobrei resposta. NADA me foi informado além de "está em análise pelo setor jurídico ". Mais dias se passaram sem retorno. Dias depois, descubro, por coincidência, que foi alugado. A questão é justamente que, como intermediária, deveria ter transparência e retorno célere ao pretenso locatário, afinal, todos precisamos nos planejar, e isso fica inviável com empresas descompromissadas. Então, meu problema foi com a imobiliária. Não recomendo. Postura nada profissional. E assim se conclui sobre a postura perante os locatários. E podem (e devem) excluir meu cadastro. Felizmente, não existe só essa empresa no mercado.

I discovered, then, that another registration was being approved at the same time. Days went by and nothing, I demanded an answer. I was told NOTHING other than "under review by the legal sector". More days passed with no return. Days later, I find out, by coincidence, that it was rented. The point is precisely that, as an intermediary, it should have transparency and a quick return to the would-be tenant, after all, we all need to plan ourselves, and this is unfeasible with uncommitted companies. So my problem was with the real estate. I do not recommend. Unprofessional posture. And so it is concluded about the attitude towards the tenants. And they can (and should) delete my record. Fortunately, there is not only this company on the market.
