Não recomendo a imobiliária, pois estou passando uma situação que muitos já devem ter passado. Deixei uma casa pra alugar e ao ser alugada ele (Marco) não solicitou uma cláusula bem clara no contrato em que a conta de energia deveria ser passada para o nome do morador. Depois de um ano o contrato finalizou e a casa foi entregue. Achei estranho depois de 8 meses e ele não conseguia alugar. Quando fui na imobiliária fui notificada que a inquilina havia feito gato (roubo de energia) e pior a conta estava no nome da minha filha. O "Sr" Marco não nos informou da divida e nem cobrou a antiga inquilina. Como a multa só aumentava e ele não se importava paguei R$ 5.200,00 na light.
Pessoal cuidado ele não é honesto.

I left a house to rent and when it was rented he (Marco) did not request a very clear clause in the contract that the energy bill should be passed on to the resident's name. After a year the contract ended and the house was delivered. I thought it was strange after 8 months and he couldn't rent it. When I went to the real estate I was notified that the tenant had made a cat (energy theft) and worse the bill was in my daughter's name. "Mr." Marco did not inform us of the debt and did not charge the old tenant. As the fine only increased and he didn't care, I paid R $ 5,200.00 in the light.
Personal care he is not honest.
