★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia péssima, alugamos um apartamento pela imobiliária, devolvemos a chave ha algum tempo, esperamos o prazo para devolverem o valor do caução. Pintamos o apartamento inteiro para entregar e arcamos com tudo que estava em contrato. Alias entregamos o apartamento melhor do que estava, pois fizemos reforma! Enfim, não estão devolvendo nosso valor do caução, não respondem nossas mensagens. Já tivemos alguns problemas durante a locação, pois são bem enrolados.
Lousy experience, we rented an apartment through the real estate company, we returned the key some time ago, we wait for the deadline to return the deposit amount. We painted the entire apartment to deliver and covered everything that was under contract. Alias we delivered the apartment better than it was, because we have reformed! Anyway, they are not returning our deposit amount, they do not respond to our messages. We already had some problems during the rental, as they are very tangled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um apartamento com eles, mas eles demoraram pra resolver a documentação, enviar o contrato. Disseram que demorava 3 dias úteis mas eu mandei os documentos em um dia e ele ficou pronto só 2 semanas depois.
Pedi urgência no meu caso pois tinha data para mudar e mesmo assim não agilizaram meu processo, atrasando todo o meu processo de mudança.
E agora eu mando mensagem para o gerente da imobiliária e ele nunca responde.
Péssimo atendimento.
I rented an apartment with them, but they took a long time to resolve the documentation, send the contract. They said it took 3 working days but I sent the documents in one day and it was ready only 2 weeks later.
I asked for urgency in my case because I had a date to change and even so they did not streamline my process, delaying my entire change process.
And now I text the real estate manager and he never replies.
Terrible attendance.
