Quando fomos entregar a casa, que tinha vários problemas estruturais, queriam que entregássemos as chaves sem um comprovante de entrega. Não fazem correção do valor que fica com depósito caução. Quando forem fazer negócio com eles tomem cuidado. Não recomendo.
Worst real estate agent I've ever worked for. They are not honest professionals. When we went to deliver the house, which had several structural problems, they wanted us to hand over the keys without proof of delivery. They do not correct the amount left with the security deposit. When doing business with them, be careful. I do not recommend.
