Como tive que deixar o cargo, por motivo de saúde; Infelizmente colocaram um síndico profissional que não morando no prédio deixa muito a cargo do porteiro; E trocaram a administradora elevando o condomínio e ninguém se interessa em assinar as pastas, livro de ponto o que sempre foi controlado.
