★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. O atendimento telefônico, quando conseguimos falar é péssimo. Fui buscar o carro e a pintura da porta estava com uma gritante diferença de tonalidade bem no meio, vidro da porta e retrovisor pulverizado de tinta, foram colocadas peças não originais (sem comunicação prévia), o carro voltou com barulho que não tinha antes... enfim, só cumpriram o prazo. Optei em refazer o serviço em outra oficina.
NÃO RECOMENDO
I do not recommend. The telephone service, when we can speak is terrible. I went to get the car and the painting on the door had a striking difference in tone right in the middle, glass on the door and a mirror sprayed with paint, non-original parts were placed (without prior notice), the car came back with a noise it didn't have before. .. finally, they only met the deadline. I chose to redo the service in another workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usaram meu carro e eu recebi uma multa em casa no período em que o carro estava em reparo neste local, ao questionar o ocorrido disseram que meu carro está com placa clonada. Não recomendo este local.
They used my car and I received a fine at home during the period when the car was being repaired at this location, when questioning what happened they said that my car has a cloned license plate. I don't recommend this location.

Escolhi essa oficina por recomendação e por ser conveniada com a Sul América, mas tive problemas desde a primeira ligação onde um funcionário fez pouco caso de levar o carro lá e ainda exigiu que eu fosse pessoalmente apenas fazer um cadastro, pois somente assim poderiam me ligar (???).
Quanto ao serviço, ninguém entrou em contato até descobrir que o carro estava pronto, ou pelo menos deveria estar, pois em vistoria “esqueceram” de trocar o para choque já autorizado pela seguradora.
Sem qualquer justificativa ou explicação me deixaram aguardando por mais de uma hora a troca da peça.
Ainda, havia solicitado um orçamento particular à parte para solução de outro problema que sequer fizeram, tamanha a falta de interesse em atender seus clientes.
Para minha surpresa, ao chegar em casa pude perceber que a peça instalada aparentava ser usada, pois contém diversos riscos e manchas.
Em contato com um dos donos, continuei sem qualquer explicação e só me pediu para conversar pessoalmente na oficina. Enviado o carro de volta, disse que a culpa é da seguradora que enviou a peça assim e que NADA MAIS PODE FAZER.
Independentemente da culpa sobre a peça, que é DEFEITUOSA, a qualidade dos serviços, atendimento, inclusive da diretoria, falta de interesse e assistência ao cliente é digna dessa nota, nada mais!

I chose this workshop as a recommendation and because it was a deal with Sul América, but I had problems since the first call where an employee made a point of not taking the car there and even demanded that I personally just register, because only then could they call me (???).
As for the service, no one got in touch until they found out that the car was ready, or at least should be, as they "forgot" to change the shock already authorized by the insurer.
Without any justification or explanation left me waiting for more than an hour to change the piece.
Still, he had requested a separate budget for solving another problem they had not even done, such as the lack of interest in serving his clients.
To my surprise, when I got home I noticed that the installed part appeared to be used because it contains several scratches and stains.
In contact with one of the owners, I continued without any explanation and just asked me to talk in person at the workshop. Sent the car back, said that it is the fault of the insurer who sent the part like this and that NOTHING MORE CAN DO.
Regardless of the fault on the part, which is DEFECTIVE, the quality of services, service, including the board, lack of interest and customer service is worthy of note, nothing more!

Recebi o carro imundo por dentro, muito sujo. Câmera de ré desalinhada, vidros arranhados, parte do encosto da poltrona arranhada.
O atendimento se resume em ter que pedir para ser atendido...
Além da demora ....
Bad experience!! I don't recommend it at all.
I received the car filthy inside, very dirty. Reverse camera misaligned, scratched glass, scratched part of the seat backrest.
The service boils down to having to ask to be served...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Me forçaram a aceitar o carro sem terminar o serviço e sem revisar o carro. Já tive que voltar 2x e ainda nao terminaram.
Terrible. They forced me to accept the car without finishing the job and without overhauling the car. I've had to go back 2x and they haven't finished yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível, teve defeitos causados pelo acidente no meu carro que não foram reparados, mesmo eu falando no dia que levei pata fazer a vistoria. Além disso, fui fazer uma lavagem completa no carro e percebi várias partes dos carro que teve over spray de tinta. Não isolaram o carro da forma correta (parece que nem isolaram, na verdade) para fazer a pintura das partes danificadas. Boa parte do teto do carro está áspera por causa do over spray da tinta. Agora para corrigir isso, vou ter que ir atrás de uma estética pata tentar corrigir. Sem contar que no interior do carro estava cheio de pó de possível polimento ou lixamento do carro. Antes achei que está ruim o serviço, mas agora percebi que tá horrível!
