★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma fé ou incompetência? Comprei uns pneus no Extra entao levei la para fazer a troca. Muitos carros esperei um pouco e quando chegou minha vez e levantaram o mecanico chamou outro e me chamou me dizendo que a roda estava com folga e realmente ele me mostrou que a roda estava folgada e que precisaria trocar umas peças eu pedi pra ver o preço veio primeiro com um valor de peças originais 950 reais e depois com pecas similares 780 reais e disse que me dava um desconto. Eu fuinlogo ligar paras as lojas denauto pecas para verificar o valor das mesmas e ai ja comecou a diferenca bem mais em conta do que tinham me oferecido. Mas o pior veio depois eles disseram que nao ia pegar o alinhamento por causa do problema. Levei o carro em um.mecanico de confiança e pra minha surpresa ele virou pra mim e disse que estava tudo normal. Depois levei em outra oficina para alinhar e surpresa de novo pegou o alinhamento e o balenceamnto das rodas. Ou seja queriam me enganar, quwrendo teocar peças que nao precisava. Tremenda sacanagem!!!!! Então fiquem ligados!!!!!
 Ma faith or incompetence? I bought some tires in the Extra so I took it to make the exchange. Many cars waited a little and when it came my turn and got the mechanic called another and called me telling me that the wheel was loose and really he showed me that the wheel was loose and that I would need to change some parts I asked to see the price came first with a value of original pieces 950 reais and then with similar parts 780 reais and said he gave me a discount. I was going to call the stores in order to check the value of them, and then the difference began to take a lot more account of what they had offered me. But the worst came after they said they would not get aligned because of the problem. I took the car in a trustworthy mechanic and to my surprise he turned to me and said that everything was normal. Then I took in another workshop to line up and surprised again took the alignment and the balenceamnto of the wheels. In other words, they wanted to deceive me, when I wanted to play pieces I did not need. Awesome suck !!!!! So stay tuned !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar para levar seu carro!
Comprei os pneus no extra para colocar lá e ser feito o serviço que dizem ser "grátis", porém a todo momento querem dizer que seu carro está com algum defeito, não fizeram o alinhamento(tive que pagar pra fazer depois de sair de lá), nem fizeram a higienização do ar condicionado tmb, além disso queriam cobrar o dobro do valor por um serviço de desempeno de roda, enquanto estava lá percebi que fazem o mesmo procedimento com todos os clientes (um deles foi "indicado a trocar os quatro pitos), querendo empurrar peças ou serviços que não são necessários, passem bem longe daquele lugar!
Worst place to take your car!
I bought the extra tires to put there and do the service that they say is "free", but all the time they want to say that their car is defective, they did not do the alignment (I had to pay to do it after leaving there) , nor did they clean the tmb air conditioning, moreover they wanted to charge twice the amount for a wheel performance service, while I was there I realized that they do the same procedure with all customers (one of them was "indicated to change the four pins ), wanting to push parts or services that are not needed, go far from that place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quase que eu caio nessa arapuca... condenam as peças pra poder fazer o alinhamento... já ouvi falar que os mecânicos são pressionados a botar defeito... quem anda pela primeira vez lá NUNCA mais volta nem pra colocar os pneus de graça porque não compensa... isso não se faz, vocês ainda vão se dar muito mal um dia com tanta picaretagem!
I almost fall into this trap... they condemn the parts to be able to make the alignment... I've heard that mechanics are pressured to defect... whoever goes there for the first time NEVER comes back, not even to put the tires for free because it's not worth it... you can't do it, you'll still get along very badly one day with so much swindling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, profissionais incompetentes. Agem de má fé para arrancar dinheiro do cliente de qualquer jeito. Fazem o alinhamento errado e depois ficamos no prejuízo pois não dão garantia do serviço

fui enrolado e paguei por um serviço que custava 4 vezes menos em outro lugar... fiz alinhamento balanceamente e o carro ficou horrivel, muito pior do que entrou... eles falaram que era por causa da peça que eles tinham condenado antes, levei na VMACHADO eles falaram que nao tinha nada de errado com o meu carro e que o alinhamento tava mal feito provavelmente de proposito para eu comprar a tal peça que eles queriam me vender.
São verdadeiros bandidos. se você ta comprando pneu no extra, nao levem seu carro para este local.
They should all be arrested, pessiimo service, condemn your car.
I was rolled up and paid for a service that cost 4 times less elsewhere ... I did a balanced alignment and the car was horrible, much worse than it entered ... they said it was because of the part they had condemned before, I took it at VMACHADO they said that there was nothing wrong with my car and that the alignment was badly done, probably on purpose for me to buy the part they wanted to sell me.
They are true bandits. if you're buying extra tires, don't take your car to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condenaram peça sem defeito ,e pra terminar os pneus anterior sumiu e não souberam pra onde foi......loja péssima só de entrar na loja ,vc já sente energia negativa .......sai pra lá ....
They condemned the part without any defect, and to finish the previous tires disappeared and they didn't know where it went......a terrible store just by entering the store, you already feel negative energy......go out there... .

Disseram que as quatro rodas dos pneus estavam empenadas. Conseguiram me fazer pagar isso. Agiram de má fé. Péssimo.!! ZERO !!
Terrible attendance. They wanted to exchange original parts of my car for ones of questionable quality. Unfortunately I hadn't seen the posted reviews. They said that the four wheels of the tires were bent. They managed to make me pay for it. They acted in bad faith. Terrible.!! ZERO!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condenaram inúmeras peças que estam boas, o carro saiu de lá péssimo. Pediram pra voltar depois, quando voltei, a loja estava fechando. Não consigo mais contato com eles em nenhum telefone, whatsapp ou e-mail. Deram golpe nós clientes e foram embora provavelmente.
They condemned numerous parts that are good, the car came out of there terrible. They asked to come back later, when I came back, the store was closing. I can no longer contact them on any phone, whatsapp or email. They hit us customers and probably left.
