★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu tivesse pagado 1,500 reais no par de pneus que custaram pouco mais de 600 reais, não tinha saído tão caro, tive a impressão de ter sido roubado sem precisar usar uma arma, peças e mão de obras caríssimas ainda fui cobrado por mão de obra desnecessária e abusiva. Não recomendaria este lugar nem meu pior inimigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é uma oficina, são mafiosos prontos para arrancar dinheiro dos desapercebidos. Fui fazer um serviço na suspensão traseira do carro, daí eu vi que um mecânico abriu o capo do carro. Fui me aproximar devagar, vi ele puxado um cabo. Aí meu irmão, o pau quebrou. Fiz ele colocar de volta o cabo. Na mesma hora pedi pra descer do elevador. Agora vou fazer uma denúncia formal nos pequenas causas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos como organização e atenção, pois por desatenção, colocaram o a porca da roda dianteira de forma torta o q resultou na troca do Prisioneiro pelo meu mecânico assim q percebeu o ocorrido, levei o carro la novamente e pediram desculpas e de fato foram mais atenciosos na segunda ocasião.
Conselho: nao tentem empurrar peça com preços absurdo aos clientes, a internet esta aí, e mesmo q dê certo na primeira vez, o cliente quando descobre, nao volta mais! Repensem isso ofe de a nossa inteligencia.

Gerente fica na loja só fumando e conversando uma média prevista de 1420 e foi para dois mil não sei oque eles fizeram mas meu carro ficou ruim .
Para vender mil maravilha até sair pagamento concluído a já era acaba deixando vc e enrola para conchuir.
Se a fiscalização for lá fecha o estabelecimento.

Quando cheguei para retirar meu carro, nem a ficha ela encontrava.
Meu carro foi deixado na calçada com a porta aberta. Isso fez com que minha bateria descarregasse, depois de esperar um bom tempo o arroz deu uma ligada com uma chave de boca. Na minha cabeça o ideal era deixá-la carregando, já que foi por falta de atenção deles que descarregou.
Realmente, só fiz nesse local pq é o mais barato.

Após contato via WhatsApp, fechei valores com o pneu informado chamado “PNEU 175/70/13 GOODYEAR GPS DURA FUEL” com garantia de 5 anos.
Cheguei ao local por volta das 10h do sábado, após muita espera meu carro foi para o elevador as 13h. Após retirarem as rodas do meu carro, fui chamado por um “profissional” dizendo que as minhas quatro rodas estavam amassadas, na mesma hora fui orientado a reformar minhas rodas para receber os pneus novos.. topei, afinal até ai estava tudo normal por que são coisas que acontecem... só que ao fiscalizar o procedimento, notei que todos os clientes eram chamados para pelo mesmo motivo e da mesma forma. Para quem fica em frente a sala de “caixa” do lado esquerdo acontece uma verdadeira chacina de peças e rodas. Pude ver com meus olhos os “profissionais” amassando as rodas, batendo com martelo em braço axiais, pivôs, bandejas e muitas outras peças... em seguida chamam o cliente alegando que a tal peça esta ruim. Insatisfeito com a situação, comuniquei o Thales (gerente que se identificou como responsável pela equipe), o mesmo alegou que meu serviço foi feito e chamou o tal profissional para conversar mas nada adiantou afinal ele faz parte do esquema... me senti coagido e pressionado pelos dois e acabei pagando o serviço de “arrumação de rodas”.
Sai da Impacto Prime Pneus GUARULHOS 15:30h, com fome, cansado, com a experiência de péssimo atendimento, com a sensação de impunidade por ser enganado e que nada pude fazer.
E sobre o pneu colocado, instalaram um tal de KELLY EDGE TOURING (2º linha da goodyear) que só vai ter garantia se eu mantiver as revisões de 3 em 3 meses na loja.
Péssima experiência e péssimos profissionais!!!

After contacting via WhatsApp, I closed values with the informed tire called “PNEU 175/70/13 GOODYEAR GPS DURA FUEL” with a 5-year warranty.
I arrived at the place around 10 am on Saturday, after a long wait my car went to the elevator at 1 pm. After removing the wheels from my car, I was called by a “professional” saying that my four wheels were dented, at the same time I was instructed to retreat my wheels to receive the new tires. these are things that happen... but when inspecting the procedure, I noticed that all clients were called for the same reason and in the same way. For those who are in front of the “box” room on the left side, there is a real slaughter of parts and wheels. I could see with my eyes the "professionals" crushing the wheels, hitting the axial arms with hammers, pivots, trays and many other parts... then they call the customer alleging that the part is bad. Dissatisfied with the situation, I informed Thales (manager who identified himself as responsible for the team), he claimed that my service was done and called that professional to talk but nothing helped after all he is part of the scheme... I felt coerced and pressured by both of them and I ended up paying for the “wheel-storage” service.
I left Impacto Prime Pneus GUARULHOS at 3:30 pm, hungry, tired, with the experience of poor service, with the feeling of impunity for being deceived and that I could not do anything.
And on the tire fitted, they installed a KELLY EDGE TOURING (2nd line from goodyear) that will only have a warranty if I keep the revisions every 3 months in the store.
Bad experience and bad professionals!!!
