★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim logo na chegada, utilizaram parcialmente as peças que levei alegando que nem todas serviam, isso por que tds vieram no mesmo kit, fizeram gambiarras sem meu consentimento e o serviço ficou caro! Não gostei de nada no estabelecimento! Grande despreparo!
 Bad service soon upon arrival, partially used the parts I took claiming that not all fit, because all came in the same kit, made jokes without my consent and the service was expensive! I didn't like anything on the property! Great unpreparedness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o carro para ver um barulho que estava fazendo na parte de baixo do carro, o mecânico deu uma volta no carro e condenou o kit de suspensão dianteira, ok se o problema for esse pode trocar. No dia seguinte me mandaram mensagem dizendo que as bieletas e amortecedores estavam ruins. Pedi que trocassem o que estava causando o barulho se fosse o kit trocar o kit se fossem as bieletas trocar as bieletas. Trocaram o kit (mais caro) e quando cheguei lá o carro estava com o mesmo barulho. Me falaram que o rapaz tinha me avisado que se não trocasse as bieletas ficaria com o barulho não avisaram trocaram uma peça que não tinha necessidade de ser trocada agora, tiraram uma original e colocaram uma paralela. Resumindo NUNCA mais faço ou indico essa oficina para ninguém. Ah eles queriam que eu voltasse na segunda pra trocar as biele e me cobrar nova mão de obra ao invés de admitirem o erro. Não confie em mecânicos que te passam um orçamento antes de olhar seu carro.

Gastei absurdos em outro lugar e não descobriram o que estava com defeito, porém com qualidade no serviço e empatia com o cliente a equipe técnica da SR Centro Automotivo achou e em pouco tempo o defeito foi solucionado.
Nunca faça o serviço no primeiro lugar que vc for.
Não faça como eu... ( me ferrei grandão)
Faça pelo menos 3 orçamentos..
Levei o carro com um problema na ImpactoCar Guarulhos e me trocaram de tudo e mais um pouco e gastei 1.190,00 reais. Fui embora e o problema continuou.
Voltei no dia seguinte e para minha surpresa acharam outro defeito, disseram que iria que trocar as sondas e gastaria mais 1.100,00 reais.
Fui em outro lugar e o rapaz achou.... a bobina estava com defeito gastei 350 reais e o carro parece um foguete...
Prestem atenção não façam o serviço no primeiro em que for....
