★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal, foi a pior coisa que fiz, realizar a troca dos pneus nessa loja, falaram que o carro estava totalmente desalinhado e cobraram caríssimo para arrumar, levei o carro no meu mecânico de confiança e ele disse que não foi feito alinhamento nenhum do que falaram, pura decepção e dor de cabeça. Na primeira semana que troquei o pneu, já deu problema no bico de ar do pneu... Totalmente decepcionada
 Guys, it was the worst thing I did, change the tires at this store, they said the car was totally out of alignment and they charged a lot to fix it, I took the car to my trusted mechanic and he said that no alignment was done. , pure disappointment and headache. In the first week that I changed the tire, there was already a problem with the tire's air nozzle... Totally disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos positivos: bom preço para pneus, atendimento via whatsapp, e presencial eficaz, lugar organizado e ambiente agradável.
Ponto Negativo: São desonestos na cobrança superfaturada das peças. Estive lá recentemente para fazer troca dos 4 pneus, o mecânico me disse que precisaria trocar algumas buchas da barra de direção. Me passaram o orçamento de R$800,00. Fiz o serviço em outro lugar por R$350,00. Uma bucha que era 25$ a unidade queriam cobrar 225,00.
Uma coisa que não tolero é falta de honestidade, todos os pontos positivos se perderam depois disso. Lugar pra nunca mais voltar
Positives: good price for tires, service via whatsapp, and effective in person, organized place and pleasant atmosphere.
Negative Point: They are dishonest in charging overpriced parts. I was there recently to change the 4 tires, the mechanic told me that I would need to change some bushings on the tie rod. They gave me the budget of R$800.00. I did the service elsewhere for R$350.00. A bush that was 25$ a unit wanted to charge 225.00.
One thing I don't tolerate is lack of honesty, all the good points were lost after that. Place to never return

Um Descaso total com seus clientes ,cheguei na loja por volta de 12:00 já com a cotação,confirmação pelo vendedor que teria os pneus em estoque e numero de ficha :2083710 e na recepção informei a “atendente” o numero de ficha e mais uma vez ela confirmou que teria o produto em estoque e disponível na loja…Fiquei aguardando por mais de 3 horas e meia a montagem,colocaram o carro no elevador desmontaram e após um longo tempo de espera voltaram com as rodas e os mesmos pneus informando que não tinha mais os pneus em estoque.fiquei Muito irritado pela falta de comunicação e descaso e fui tirar satisfação com a atendente q me atendeu e a mesma como se fosse a coisa mais normal do mundo me informou que não teria mais os pneus em estoque pois foi montado em um outro veículo momento antes e q não poderia fazer nada que se eu quisesse reclamar era pra tratar com o Gerente !!!
Descaso total e péssimo atendimento na recepção e nem ao mínimo um pedido de desculpas pelo erro e fiasco!!
Não recomendo a ninguém esse auto center evitem um aborrecimento!!!

Total disregard for their customers, I arrived at the store around 12:00 with the quotation, confirmation by the seller that I would have the tires in stock and the file number: 2083710 and at the reception I informed the "attendant" the file number and more once she confirmed that she would have the product in stock and available at the store…I was waiting for more than 3 and a half hours for assembly, they put the car in the elevator and disassembled it and after a long time of waiting they returned with the wheels and the same tires informing that I no longer had the tires in stock. I was very irritated by the lack of communication and negligence and I was pleased with the attendant who attended me and the same as if it were the most normal thing in the world informed me that she would no longer have the tires in stock because it was mounted on another vehicle a moment before and I couldn't do anything, if I wanted to complain it was to deal with the Manager !!!
Total neglect and poor service at the reception and not even an apology for the error and fiasco!!
I do not recommend this auto center to anyone to avoid a hassle!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO... FUJAM DESSE LUGAR... Fui maltratado por essa pessoa da porta. Arrogante e orgulhoso, não entrem nessa loja. Me deram orçamento de um pneu que não tinham, queriam vender outro no lugar e ainda fui insultado...
Recebi pedidos de desculpas da gerência geral.
Porém o cidadão, não se manifestou.
TERRIBLE... FLEE FROM THIS PLACE... I was mistreated by that person at the door. Arrogant and proud, do not enter this store. They gave me a quote for a tire they didn't have, they wanted to sell another one instead and I was insulted...
I received apologies from the general management.
But the citizen did not respond.
