★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vão tirar até seu coro lá ! O funcionários são treinados pra achar problemas no seu carro... fui lá trocar os pneus sai com 3 mil de dívida . Nunca mais coloco pé lá .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não volto nem de graça nesse lugar enfiam serviço desnecessário nas pessoas , fica querendo ganhar mentindo falando que está com problema , atendimento demorado , não indico e não volto nunca mais.
I don't even go back to this place for free, they put unnecessary service on people, they keep trying to win by lying saying they have a problem, long service, I don't recommend and I'll never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pneus os preços são bons, porém toda hora um funcionário chama pra querer trocar alguma coisa do carro as vezes sem necessidade além disso os preços das peças são exorbitante, resumindo na hora de pagar a conta sai caro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pessoas sem nenhum pingo de vontade, condenam o carro inteiro, e se não faz o que pedem, eles te atendem pior ainda.... Oo arrependimento, sem contar que pelo telefone é um valor e quando chega na loja é totalmente outro..... Triste demais!!
Bad service, people without any will, condemn the entire car, and if you don't do what they ask, they serve you even worse.... Oo regret, not to mention that over the phone it's a value and when it arrives at the store it's totally another..... Too sad!!

Atendente por telefone disse pra agendar horário. Foi feito mas na loja entrei na fila..recepcionista disse que não dava pra agendar.
Cheguei as 9 horas..saindo as 14 horas pra trocar 4 pneus ,2 terminais de direção e fazer alinhamento.
Percebi poucos funcionários. Cliente acaba se aborrecendo.
Exceto precos de pneus,acessórios são muito caros. Terminal de direção corola mercado livre $125,00..na sua loja $175,00
5 horas na loja.
Não volto mais e nem recomendo
Complicated.
Phone attendant told me to schedule an appointment. It was done but at the store I got in line..the receptionist said it wasn't possible to schedule.
I arrived at 9 am... leaving at 2 pm to change 4 tires, 2 steering terminals and do alignment.
I noticed few employees. Customer ends up getting bored.
Except tire prices, accessories are very expensive. Corolla free market steering terminal $125.00..at your store $175.00
5 hours in the store.
I won't be back and I don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem a loja para instalação de novas rodas e pneus no meu Civic… de início gostei do atendimento, e os mecânicos que me atenderam foram bem profissionais… Tudo estava indo bem, até a parte do alinhamento do carro, onde o alinhador me chamou para mostrar que precisava de serviço de acerto de cambagem. Ele me conduziu até a pessoa da área de orçamentos que começou com uma conversa estranha e quis me passar esse serviço a um preço de R$ 1.480 reais… Óbvio que não aceitei e fui verificar o serviço em outra oficina de confiança. O carro saiu de lá com o alinhamento errado também onde o volante ficou desalinhado para direita. Também não me foi entregue o laudo de alinhamento do carro com as medidas aferidas. Lembrando que o Civic G10 não tem ajuste de cambagem na parte traseira.

He led me to the person in the budget area who started with a strange conversation and wanted to give me this service at a price of R$ 1,480 reais… Obviously I didn't accept it and went to check the service at another trusted repair shop. The car left there with the wrong alignment also where the steering wheel was misaligned to the right. I was also not given the car alignment report with the measured measurements. Remembering that the Civic G10 has no camber adjustment on the rear.
