Fui trocar 2 pneus me falaram que era 40minutos,fiquei hr1;30 e voltei sem trocar os pneus pois o mecânico disse que iria demorar mais 40minutos para desocupar um elevador e eles nao vendem se vc nao montar na loja,isto e pilantragem para tentar te enfiar mais pecas,isto porque tem uns 8 elevadores todos com carro em cima parados sem mexer.
Desorganização total, péssima experiência,não indico a ninguém.pessimo
 Is there a way to give less than one star? I went to change 2 tires they told me it was 40 minutes, I stayed hr1;30 and came back without changing the tires because the mechanic said it would take another 40 minutes to vacate an elevator and they don't sell if you don't assemble it at the store, this is crookedness to try to get you insert more pieces, this is because there are about 8 elevators, all with the car on top, stopped without moving.
Total disorganization, bad experience, I don't recommend it to anyone.pessimo

Fui a loja para fazer a troca de bucha de eixo traseiro, essa bucha da imagem, só rodou apenas em um dia, montaram errado, o gerente ( que por sinal acha que todos que pisam ali são leigos ) disse que a peça era de ma qualidade, mas mesmo se fosse, não iria ficar dessa maneira em apenas um dia, isso não existe, foram colocadas erradas, além de condenarem o kit de amortecedor que estava novo, não estavam amaçados ou rachados, apenas trocadores de peças atrás de comissão, lamentável.
Fácil ser gerente assim, jogar a culpa na bucha que ele mesmo nem se quer viu a montagem. Fujam dessa loja picareta.

I went to the store to change the rear axle bushing, this bushing in the image, it only ran in one day, they assembled it wrong, the manager (who by the way thinks that everyone who steps there is a layman) said the part was ma quality, but even if it were, it wouldn't stay that way in just one day, it doesn't exist, they were put wrong, in addition to condemning the shock absorber kit that was new, they weren't dented or cracked, just parts changers after commission, unfortunate.
It's easy to be a manager like that, to blame it on the face that he didn't even see the assembly. Run away from that hack shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na loja umas 08:30 após o mecânico verificar a necessidade de troca da coifa do câmbio o vendedor me atendeu... Passou o valor da peça .... Do serviço... Eu concordei em fazer. Porém o vendedor não me avisou que não tinha a peça na loja... Esperei a peça chegar por quase 4 hs.... Total falta de respeito.... Em nenhum momento o vendedor me avisou sobre isso.... Apesar do mecânico de nome Paulo que me atendeu muito bem não voltarei nunca mais nessa loja !!!

Bom programa de assistência para quem compra e troca os pneus na loja, durante um ano para balanceamento e alinhamento do carro.
Bom preço de pneus de 1° linha como o Dunlop.
Recomendo.
