Terrible! Rude manager, I think he doesn't know the consumer's right, because he fights with the customer not to exchange expired and damaged goods, and also doesn't return the money.

Nice store, with many things, wonderful attendants!!! EXCEPT FOR THE MANAGER WHO HAS A TERRIBLE FACE, ATTENDS VERY BADLY, WITH A PAIN FACE. MADE ME PAY FOR A WHOLE BAG OF CONFETTI, USED A MIXER IN 3 BLADDERS AND Swears THE REMAINING BAG I PAID FOR HAS TO STAY TO HER. I'M A CUSTOMER, I'VE MADE SEVERAL BALLOONS THERE. WHAT A BAD WOMAN
