Funcionários sem compromisso, sem ética e sem responsabilidade, pedem o prazo de 30 a 40 dias úteis para o reembolso, já estou com mais de 60 (úteis) e ficam só dizendo que já esta na mesa da pessoa responsável. Recomendo a todos que procurem qualquer outro plano.
Worse impossible, they do not make the refund and are still playing with the customer's face. Employees without commitment, without ethics and without responsibility, ask for a period of 30 to 40 working days for reimbursement, I already have more than 60 (useful) and are just saying that it is already at the desk of the responsible person. I recommend everyone to look for any other plan.
