★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima pizzaria área kids sensacional mas tem problemas como qualquer estabelecimento recentemente fui na pizzaria e pedi 6 esfirras demorou uma hora e meia para chegar e chegou faltando uma que demorou mais meia hora para ser entregue fora isso não tenho mas nada para reclamar
Great pizzeria amazing kids area but it has problems like any establishment I recently went to the pizzeria and ordered 6 esfirras it took an hour and a half to arrive and one arrived missing that took another half hour to be delivered outside that I have nothing to complain about

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente bom, preços bons, mas o principal que são cervejas litrão, que estavam no cardápio, não tinha Skol e nem Itaipava. Só tinha 600 ml. Estranho, né. Outra decepção: tinha área de lazer, tipo playground para as crianças, mas muito perto das mesas causando um barulho ensurdecedor. Não dava nem pra conversar no ambiente.
Good atmosphere, good prices, but the main thing is litrão beers, which were on the menu, there was no Skol or Itaipava. I only had 600 ml. Strange, right? Another disappointment: there was a leisure area, like a playground for children, but very close to the tables causing a deafening noise. It was not even possible to talk in the environment.

Então pedimos uma porção a parte de BIFE A MILANESA, porém já terminando de almoçar perguntamos para garçonete sobre a porção que havíamos pedido, e ela informou que a porção de frango estava quase pronta, COMO NÃO PEDIMOS FRANGO, pedimos para cancelar. Enfim uma esperiencia nada agradável. Nunca mais...
I went for lunch with my family, food was cold, mix options, beef or chicken stroganoff, roasted chicken, sausage. So we ordered a separate portion of BIFE A MILANESA, but as we finished lunch we asked the waitress about the portion we had ordered, and she informed us that the chicken portion was almost ready, AS WE DIDN'T ORDER CHICKEN, we asked to cancel. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rodízio de pizza top. Se você chegar muito cedo e tiver vazio vai demorar um pouco pra começar a chegar nas mesas. Mas tem a vantagem que os garçons perguntam a sua preferência. Muito atenciosos e educados. Peça 4 queijos, Romeu e Julieta e banana com chocolate!
Top pizza rotation. If you arrive very early and it's empty it will take a while for you to start getting to the tables. But it has the advantage that the waiters ask your preference. Very attentive and polite. Order 4 cheeses, Romeo and Juliet and chocolate banana!

Pedimos para servir a marmita na rampa de self service e o dono disse que não podia.perguntamos se era o motivo do preço ser diferente e caso fosse , pagaria a diferenca. O meamo manteve a negativa. Enquanto esperara a entrega chegou outro cliente e solicitou servir a marmita sendo imediatamente atendido da forma que haviamos anteriormente solicitado. Ao perguntar ao dono o porque não podíamos o mesmo sequer deu atenção. Se um cliente bem atendido e de forma igualitaria aos outros não lhe faz diferenca, talvez os outros que lerão este comentário não busquem está mesma experiência.
Negative experience. I came to the restaurant at lunch time to buy a packed lunch. We asked to serve the lunch box on the self-service ramp and the owner said he couldn't. The meamo kept the negative. While waiting for delivery, another customer arrived and requested to serve the lunch box, being immediately attended to as we had previously requested. When asking the owner why we couldn't, he didn't even pay attention. If a customer that is well attended and treated equally to others doesn't make any difference, perhaps the others who will read this comment are not looking for the same experience.
